I'm 18, test results came back at 253 ng/dl, how fucked am I?

Background: I exercise 5 days a week, have the balanced standard 6 meals a day diet. I've never really felt good or right which is what prompted me to have this test done. I've been lifting for several years and have seen very little gains even though my diet, sleep, stress, and exercise are all in check. So when I saw these numbers I knew I'd found the culprit. Am I bound to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of my life?

Edit: I should add that I have never done any androgenic substances or prohormones.

Edit 2: I had this test done in the morning with a good breakfast in my stomach.

Did the doctor say if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism?

I'm hoping to call a few doctors tomorrow. I did this test out of my own pocket because as I understand younger men (25-30) have trouble getting these tests ordered because of their age and so I knew it would be a near impossibility for me to have a doctor order this test and have insurance cover it. Hopefully I can have this diagnosed ASAP.

Get the Hormone Panel for Females at Private MD - Buy Lab Tests Online next time. Will cost about $50. It includes:

Total Testosterone
Estradiol
LH
FSH
CBC
Metabolic Panel

With the LH, FSH, and Total Test we can determine if you have primary or secondary hypogonadism. That will help determine what treatment you need.

You may also want to throw is a Thyroid Panel, Prolactin and Vitamin D if you can afford it. If you do this, look at the Hormone Panel for Males which is about $135 after 15% discount. It covers most of the things listed about and some other good ones. It doesn't have Vitamin D or Prolactin though. Those would be extra.

Here is a coupon code for the month of October. jk4509sdk

Get a knowledgeable Endo my friend. You do not want to live your life with 253 ng/dl...your level should be at least 3 times that for your age.
An experienced doc will know what tests to run....he will do an MRI, Prolactin, FSH, LH e.t.c. to get a better picture.

What tests are included in a "Metabolic Panel"? Thyroid (T3, T4)?

I will definitely go this route if I can't get an endo or uro to order these test's for me when I go visit one.
