Background: I exercise 5 days a week, have the balanced standard 6 meals a day diet. I've never really felt good or right which is what prompted me to have this test done. I've been lifting for several years and have seen very little gains even though my diet, sleep, stress, and exercise are all in check. So when I saw these numbers I knew I'd found the culprit. Am I bound to testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for the rest of my life?
Edit: I should add that I have never done any androgenic substances or prohormones.
Edit 2: I had this test done in the morning with a good breakfast in my stomach.
