Started 200E14D on 5-28-13. Just had lab work pulled & found out the only test that was requested was my Vitamin D & test. Vitamin D is 30.8 & Test is 345. Doc was happy that the results came up from 248. After ensuring that he understood that his happy range & mine are no where close, he decide to change script to 200E7D but wants me to come in for lab work again in 4 weeks.

I'm switching to IMT as soon as someone calls me back! :dance2:

Is going from 248 to 345 on 200E14D's normal?
I would expected to see higher numbers.

There is a peak and a trough. Injecting once every two weeks gives you a very high peak and a very low trough. I am making up numbers, but your range might be something like 1,300 at the peak and 345 at the trough. You aren't at 345 the entire two weeks.

Injecting smaller, more frequent doses helps level you out more so you can avoid the highs and lows. Lots of guys here inject every 3.5 days.

200mg per week is generally considered the top end of the range for test doses when doing TRT. Depending on how big you are and how much you aromatise that should put you at the high end of the Total Test levels. I hope you and your doc discussed using an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) because you very likely need one.

Get your vitamin D up into the upper third of the normal range. You should be supplementing about 10,000 iu's per day. And front end load your supplementation with 50,000 iu's every 7 days for about two to three weeks.

Thanks for the example Megatron!

I can tell you that I allotted my HSA benefits card $2,500.00 at the start of the year. I found that I had low T on Feb. 2013. Since this journey as of today there is approx. $300 left on benefits card. The year is only half over. The last lab charged my insurance $411.00 for test results. The Dr. wants me to come back in 4 weeks for more lab work that he should have requested last week when I was there. I can't keep this up plus having to take off work twice a month. I will come out way a head switching to IMT for cost & having someone who knows what their doing! Not to mention receiving HCG & AI.

I just started with IMT and am happy I did. Saves me money each month compared to where I was previously and I get to use hcg finally. I'm happy.

Todd returned my call today! Paper work will be submitted Monday. It just a great feeling knowing that you will be in good hands! :jump:

Todd was great in answering all my questions. And the dozens of emails I sent along the way. Your in good hands, definitely.
