DAILY RANTINGS
Well, This morning when I woke up, the first thing that popped into my mind was sex. Not really sure if that is the tren talkin' or what??? (these last 10days or so, sex has been the last

thing on my mind). Also, it seems that I am a bit more "aggressive" towards people, and find myself getting pissed off fairly easy. (once again, not sure if placebo effect, or tren).

Today at the gym, I must say, I was feeling quite "alpha"... More so than I usually feel. :p Had several PRs today: 60lb DB curls, and 110lb BB curl.

Overall, today was a good day. Didn't have any flashbacks or mood swings...which i guess is a good thing! I'd rather be numb, than moody!

Well, tomorrow will be tren day! I can't wait to pin it in the morning.

Well, last night's sleep sure was interesting. I had two VIVID dreams. Not sure if that has anything to do with the tren, but dammit, it freaked me out. I did my second injection of tren this morning. I must say, by early this evening, I had a different feeling come over me. I seem to get agitated a tad bit more easily, and frequently. Also, I have a newly discovered vein that has formed on top of my right bicep.

I went to the gym later than I had wanted, however, I spent most of the day running around getting all my ducks in a row for my trip tomorrow. Sadly, my diet today wasn't as good as I would have liked. Not sure what was wrong with it, but it just didn't seem "right". This will be interesting since I will be far away from home until Sunday night. Guess tren will be coming with me. :)

Granted, I will be away from home these next 4days, however, This log will still be kept up to date. Gotta love Hotel fitness rooms!!!!!!!

25 sets of chest per week?

I realize you are spacing it out, but even if juice I think it's overtraining.


I personally can only do 12-16 sets per large muscle group and only 6-8 per small muscle group even while I am "on" without overtraining. I am an ectomorph so that explains it for me, but even the best genetics I would recommend over 16-20 sets for chest in a week.

Even if you are have the best genetics and are juicing out the ass.


Just my two cents. Take it or leave it.


Call it constructive criticism. Just think about it, but hey if it works for you great.



Just remember only 30% of bodybuilding is lifting. 60% is rest/eating. Then 10% supplementation.

Well, today was spent traveling on I-95. Didn't get to my hotel room until 0300. Diet was pretty shitty, but I did the best I could with what I had. Before I left, I pinned 250mgs of test into my left delt. nothing to note, other than it was a LONG day.
 
good log irish-when im on the sauce i dont party-so it works for me-i hope it works for you man.

BTW-brett-i find it very hard to overtrain on the sauce-especially in the begining of my cycle
 
Hey maniac, i just wanted to say that i'm in your corner bro. For whatever its worth, i'm really proud of you. Booze, prescription pain meds, and especially even the stuff we are all doing on here can really backdoor its way into your life and before you know it you feel like you're standing in quicksand. No matter how hard you try, you just cant make it out. But.......in all of our lives there a windows of opportunity, some open and close, some stay open and wait for us to find a way to get to them. But we have to be ready and prepared to jump through them cause they can close as quick as they open. My mother, god bless her soul (passed 3/2/07), my best friend inthe world, my teacher, my confidant, my queen..... She always used to say, "just hang in there honey, it's always darkest before the dawn". Maybe if you are having a tough day or feel yourself slipping, you can use that to push you through a tough day and on into the start of a new dawn. Good luck buddy. The only person we truly have to worry about failing in this life is the one staring back at us in the mirror. Don't let that guy down!!

Well, I finally got to my destination at around 1830. talk about a long FUCKING DRIVE!!!!! total drive time, 18hours and change. I still attempted to maintain a "healthy" diet. And I must say, I think I did fairly well.
When I woke up in the hotel room, I did my 3rd pin of tren. I must say, the tren has helped me out quite a bit this trip..... I haven't needed as much sleep to be able to fully function. Well, I went to the gym last night and had a "decent" shoulder workout. I wish I could have done more weight, but my body was fatigued from the LONG drive. Oh well, I am still eating healthy and lean, so that's all that matters. :)

Well, I hate to say it, but yesterday got the best of me. Was in Downtown Philly for the first time with friends and had a GREAT time. Took lots of pictures, yadda yadda....well, my friend owns a bar downtown that is VERY popular. Well, after twisting my arm (not really), I gave in to his offerings of free alcohol and started off with a bang. Met 2 nurses and 1 teacher at the "beginning" of the night and started drinking with them. Real cool chicks. All 3 were attractive. I start off with the "least" attractive one, and make out with her after a few shots. Then, i set my eyes on the cutest of the bunch, the blonde nurse. After several more shots, we all started really feeling it. and next thing i know, they are taking me to Mcfadden's, which is an AWESOME irish bar/club on 3rd street. The cab ride over, things got sexual. I stayed at the bar with them for like an hour, until my friend txted me saying he just arrived at my friend's bar. So i bail (yes, he inadvertently cock blocked me BIG TIME.) Then, I do not remember anything else of the night, other than waking up to vomit at my buddy's house.

lol, yeh, my friend owns Fat Tuesday's in downtown philly, so I was drinking all night, and apparently he was counting how many drinks I had.... ehh, there's no point in lieing about it, yeh, i got wasted. should i have? no, but owell. back on track now.

no nightsweats yet, but dreams are a bitch and so is aggression and vascularity.

and yes, the blonde was very attractive. lol.
 
Funny thing is I was down that area when you were too. I was on Frankford Ave and then ended at McFaddens at night. I live in Philly so I'm always out at those bars down and around the city. There were tons of good looking girls ALL OVER.

DAILY RANTINGS
Well today was my first day back home. I got in last night/this morning at 2am. Stupid tren only let me sleep until 1030. It felt so good to be sleeping in my OWN bed. Once I got up and around and pinned my test and tren, I realized I was EXHAUSTED. My body was just plain out wiped. I wasn't "tired", but more so achy and sore. Once I got all my errands complete, I came home and fell asleep from 1400 all the way until 1730. When I finally got to the gym, I was feeling about 90% back to normal. I had a new PERSONAL RECORD today.... Flat DB press with the 100s for 6. And to be honest, it felt fairly easy! My body just kept wanting to do more, and more, and more!

I can definitely notice the Tren working its wonders on me.... For one, I am sleeping less. Also, my veins on my arms are MUCH more defined and "veiny". And also, my aggression/adrenaline is through the roof.

Tomorrow is arm day, so hopefully I will have a few more PRs to mention.

***on a side note***
I think I will start my aromasin tomorrow. Reason being, I am noticing a bit of bloat in my cheeks.... Not sure if its from the test, or if its from eating "healthy" these last few days, but with tons of sodium? (subway has a lot of sodium in their food) I am drinking roughly a gallon of water a day.

DAILY RANTINGS
Well, today started off as a great day. Throughout the day, I noticed my demeanor was more "amped" up. At the gym today, I decided to really spice things up and do drop sets on my 4th set of most of my exercises. Talk about an insane pump!!!! Towards the end of the afternoon and into the evening, my mood drastically changed.... Out of no where, I find myself in a somewhat deep state of depression. Despite me trying to get out of it, I have been in this state for the last 6hours or so... Oh, and to top it off, I am debating whether or not to up the dose to 100mg EOD..... thoughts?

Hopefully tomorrow is as good as today (minus this sudden bout of depression)
