6-21-04: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders

Bench Press: 200x5x5
Incline Barbell Press: 140x5x5
Dips: 2x10
Dumbell Bench Press: 70x8x8 (Threw these in just for the hell of it)

Okay, so upright rows are no good for me anymore, due to a problem with my left wrist. They seem to trigger a nerve during every rep, and I'm starting to find it very painful. So it looks like I'll have no find an alternative. I also experimented with dumbells today, and ended up liking using those very much. So, starting after my trip in July, I think I'm going to start using them instead of a barbell. Still getting my strength back from when I was sick...
 
6-25-04: Back, Biceps

Deadlifts: 240x6x6
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 155x5x5
Bent over Rows: 145x5x5
Incline Dumbell Curls: 40x10x9

Great workout. Deadlift continues to progress, along with my other lifts aswell.
 
6-28-04: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders (Lighter workout)

Dumbell Bench Press: 65x10x10x10
Incline Barbell Press: 140x5x5
Dips: 2x10
Tricep Pressdown: 75x10x10

My very last workout before my 30 day layoff due to a vacaction I'm taking throughout the U.S. Looking at this thread, I've noticed much progression and wish to continue in the same pattern once I get back.
 
Oh, and I should get in a few good workouts while I'm away, and the change of pace should help me benefit mentally, so it shouldn't be much of an issue anyway.
 
8-17-04: Legs, Calves

Squats: 215x5x5x5
Box Squats: 215x5x5

Okay, so I'm back after my summer layoff, and going at it strong again. I lowered the weight for now, and wish to catch up to where I was in June as soon as possible. It was a good workout though, and I'm already extremely tired and sore. Hopefully things will pick up for me soon.
 
8-25-04: Back, Biceps

Deadlifts: 240x6x6
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 150x5x5
Bent over Rows: 140x5x5
Incline Dumbell Curls: 40x9x9

First time deadlifting in 2 months. For some strange reason though, I hit all my reps at the same weight where I last left off. My lats are the only muscles that didn't lose any noticeable size after the layoff. Still looking wide and strong. I only wish I could say the same about the rest of my muscles...
 
8-30-04: Chest, Triceps

Bench Press: 195x6x6
Incline Barbell Press: 140x5x5
Dumbell Press: 65x10x10

Good workout. Bench press is coming back to where I left off before the break.
 
8-31-04: Legs, Calves

Squats: 220x5x5x5
Leg Press: 360x5x5
Calf Raises: 200x12x12

Great workout. I'm new to the leg presses, as this is the first time I've done them before. I'm also doing my raises on a machine at my new gym, which seemed to work much better than with free weights on my shoulders.

I haven't been posting much lately, but this was my latest workout. My bench is starting to feel strong again, and I'm trying to get back into it the way I was before the previous layoffs. Hope to continue this way.
 
9-22-04: Back, Biceps

Deadlifts: 250x6x6x6
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 150x6x6
Bent over Rows: 150x5x5

I did biceps yesterday on their own, so that this workout could be shortened and not as intense. DL has increased once again, and my other lifts are progressing as well. Hope to keep up this way...

Dumbell Press: 65x10
Dips: 1x10
Lateral Raises: 25x8x8

Good workout. Bench press has gone up to 205, so I'm glad about that.
 
10-9-04: Back

Deadlifts: 255x6x6x6
Narrow Grip Pulldowns: 155x5x5
Bent over Rows: 150x5x5

I've changed up my routine a little bit, doing biceps on its own day. Haven't posted many of my workouts here, but I'll try. Deadlift has increased. Let's hope it continues to that way. I'm going to start doing a bit a cardio a few times a week, mainly to get back into better shape after the summer layoff, and to prepare myself best as possible for rugby coming up.

Wow, deadlift has gone way up. Way to go homeboy.

Chest Supported Rows: 70x8x8 (Machine, seated and bent forward)
Alternating Dumbell Curls: 45x8x8

First time doing deadlifts since the summer I believe. Back into pullinbig's routine, gonna give it another shot.
