Layout of Carb cycle with workout please critique

What do you guys think about this plan? Pros? Cons?

The schedule wouldn't be fixed on the exact days listed, It all depends on work and other responsibilities. Sometimes I would workout 2 days in a row or take 3 days off (sat,sun,mon) I would adjust my eating in relation to these changes.

Monday: Pulling exercises / High Carb

Tuesday: Interval Sprints or cardio / Low Carb

Wednesday: Legs / High Carb

Thursday: Cardio / Low Carb

Friday: Pushing exercises / High Carb

Saturday: Off / Low Carb

Sunday: Off / Low Carb or No carb

I am not counting anything at this time.
Im, 5'11" and currently at 196 lbs. guessing im at 12-15 % BF
My BMR is about 2800 I think

So I eyeball the grub.

7 Egg white + 2 whole eggs
2 slices ezieckiel bread = 36 g of carbs
(sometimes instead of the bread I do steel cut oats at about 1/2 C)

Pro shake or 2 % milk, almonds, apple or a Quest Bar

Chicken or cotty cheese & salad. Sometimes with avacado

turkey, sardines or tuna and peanut butter (lots of peanut butter)

Protein, veggies, almonds & dark choco

Cotty cheese or greek yogurt or 4 whole eggs before bed

Just a side note, I have been hitting some ice cream lately..... and by some I mean alot! But not tonight Im back on the wagon. And honestly it seemed like I needed it, felt like I was under eating.

Hope you dont eat sardines with peanut butter, ice cream im guilty all the time hmmm maybe thats why i cant get rid of the gut lol
 
The PB is afterward,,, to wash the fish taste out.
Of course you eat ice creams cause you gots the trenbolona!
 
without counting exact calories and measuring all your food i really cant help you brother..
