What do you guys think about this plan? Pros? Cons?
The schedule wouldn't be fixed on the exact days listed, It all depends on work and other responsibilities. Sometimes I would workout 2 days in a row or take 3 days off (sat,sun,mon) I would adjust my eating in relation to these changes.
Monday: Pulling exercises / High Carb
Tuesday: Interval Sprints or cardio / Low Carb
Wednesday: Legs / High Carb
Thursday: Cardio / Low Carb
Friday: Pushing exercises / High Carb
Saturday: Off / Low Carb
Sunday: Off / Low Carb or No carb
