Loving the back pumps of dbol!

So it's day 3 of dbol@50mg(kickstart first 4 weeks) along with my test e @500mg cycle and I'm loving the back pumps. I did abs today and my lats started getting stimulated. I can flex my lats as good as my chest. Its also brought out my vascularity even though I'm on 1000 calories per day surplus along with increased appetite. Just thought I'd share my experience.
 
I mainly got them in my spinal erectors...not comfortable at all, especially during heavy deads and anything bent over...

those lower back pumps on D-Bol felt almost like Charlie horses to me. I love a skin busting pump most places but those suck. I mentioned before, I got shin splints at the same time and never had a problem with them before.
 
i hated the lower back pumps... couldnt even shave or brush my teeth without it burning after 30seconds of leaning over the sink
 
Driving in the car became such a hassle for me. I drive a bmw and it has the most comfortable seats! I felt like I was doing deadlifts if I drove for mroe than 10 mins...

Not comfortable at all. Try taurine when they get bad.

Also I think its in your head. I didn't notice back pumps until week 2 and I was taking 60mg per day
 
dbol increases my vascularity as well and I get increased appetite.

Dbol just increases Everything; strength, size, weight, confidence, appetite, and i sleep an extra hour a night while on dbol..

Yeah just took a nap earlier even though I slept 10 hours last night. I have noticed a slight bp increase though. Been drinking 2 gallons a day so idk. I think I'm in for a ride these next couple weeks. I'm sure the test will do wonders once it's kicked in.
 
Hasn't been back or legs day while I've felt this, so well see what's in store for me!

Yeah good luck...I've had back pumps so bad that I could barley finish my workout and had to lie down on a bench for minutes between sets. Its not fun. I'm on tren right now and have been getting them with that too. 3-5g of taurine pre-workout helps me tremendously. I only take it on leg and back day.

Damn. Yeah, it's barely day 3 so the effects ive seen are noticeable but definately will be more prominent these next couple of weeks. When you were on dbol, did you take grapefruit juice with it? I'm doing that currently in an attempt to increase the amount of time it's in my body. What cycle you on?
 
I did a glass of grapefruit with each pill. I spread each pill out 2-3 hours per day.

Also check your routine man, you should be doing squats at least once per week. No excuses, DO NOT miss leg day. If you do miss leg day do them next time you workout.
You will pack on some serious muscle with back and legs.

Back and legs are the 2 largest muscle groups in your body. Their priority should be at the top of your list. Fuck benchpress, squats will transform your body better than any other bullshit upper body exercise. Bent over rows are excellent for back and you should be doing those 1-2x a week.

but too many people only focus on biceps,shoulders, chest, and triceps that they neglect the most important parts of your body. legs and back!!

Think about how large your legs are. My legs got so huge from last cycle I ripped a whole in the thigh area of my jeans. Lol thats how huge I got from dbol. Before cycle they were not even tight on me.

Chill bro. I know what I'm doing!!!! I said I hadn't done those yet this week!!!! My routine is probably diff then yours!! I did do legs on Wednesday which was before I felt anything on it because I did my first pill after that workout.
T * * Day 1- chest.
W * *Day 2- legs
Thu *Day 3- abs
Fri * *Day 4- Shoulder and back
Sat * Cardio
Sun * Day 5- Arms
Mon *Off

Btw, pretty good results if your legs really blew up like that. I'm gonna try to go to sleep now. I might lower my dose to 25mg because I have a throbbing headache(high bp probly) now. And yes I have been taking my AI.
 
Well make sure to spread out your dosage through the day. I notice sides are less noticable when you do like that.
 
If you already have sides by day 3 I would recommend lowering dosage. Sounds like you have drol rather than dbol
 
Your routine is alright/okay.... The problem with it is if you miss one day say wednesday, you miss out a whole weeks worth of legs.

Being on anabolics, you will notice that you can work the same muscle group 2, 3 or 4x a week. Your recovery will be much faster and you can squeeze in another day with back, or legs, or arms.

I workout based on muscle groups, not on days. Because certAin days I can't make it and I just continue next day. Lol I actually work out 2x a day some days (I love being on juice haha)
 
u do legs w me u wont be able to do them 2x a week. sounds like your overtraining or the intensity isnt there so u have the ability to train all day. depends on goals i guess. id lean out doing that.

no need for grapefruit juice its a myth. ido agree w spreeding the dosage out
