Metal's test/tren log

Killed chest shoulders and tris tonight. Did strength training mixed with high volume afterwards. I was kinda impressed by how I looked in the mirror...finally. still have a lifetime to go!
 
Destroyed back and bi's tonight. Did strength, with high volume, and post cardio. Had the worst fucking back spasms during deads tonight. All in all gettng stronger and leaner. Woke up weighing 235 this morning. Also, added vit c post workout and it has definitely helped with energy levels!

Sweet!! Haha those deads will get ya. I did high rep stiff leg deads the other day and even with 5g taurine I had the worst fucking back pumps.

Yeah those fuckers were bad. It sucked majorly to breathe. Didnt help being out of breath either haha do you take 5g taurine ed before workouts?

Before leg and back workouts I do. I take 3g before other workouts. The GH gives me back pumps too but the worst i've had is with dbol and var.
 
So why shooting Test-E EOD instead of twice a week?

Also someone chime me on this EOD shot routine since one week you will be doing 3 shots, next week doing 4. Say if you're doing 400 a week, 4 shots a week= 100 EOD, then the next week on 3 shots a week would be 133?

No real reason. I heard of someone else dong it and they said it would lessen the estro sides but then I heard it really makes no difference. I had already started test e eod so I just stuck with it. I haven't had any sides at all from it doing it this way.

I like to pin M-W-F with long esters as it reduces the oil volume needed per inject on higher doses or when running multiple compounds. I don't relish the idea of injecting 4mL of oil at once into my poor deltoids, so by doing it more often - the same overall amount of drug can be injected per week but at smaller and more easily manageable volumes.

The more frequently you inject, the more stable your blood levels are.
 
I like to pin M-W-F with long esters as it reduces the oil volume needed per inject on higher doses or when running multiple compounds. I don't relish the idea of injecting 4mL of oil at once into my poor deltoids, so by doing it more often - the same overall amount of drug can be injected per week but at smaller and more easily manageable volumes.

I understand that. With my situation though, I'm only using 1ml total when I mix the test and tren so its not a big deal atm. When I get into higher doses, then I'll have to figure something out because my delts would not like that much gear either :p
 
Increased tren to 100mg ed as of today. Gonna try it out and see how I react. About fucked up in the gym. Did chest and shoulders, and as soon as I started my warm ups on bench, I felt that my chest had not fully recovered from the beastly workout from sunday which baffled me. I pushed through anyway and felt every fucking rep especially on the heavy sets. Did my heavy overhead press which was fine, then went into my high rep portion of the workout with heavier weight than the last 2 weeks. Tweaked my forearm during some pullups also. Had to cut those short which pisses me off extremely. Needless to say, tomorrow is legs and I will be giving my upper body a rest!
 
You still running the Caber E3D? Started from jumpstreet with the Tren right? How about HCG? Haven't seen any sides to speak of in your log except a few mentions of insomnia. 2/3 of my gear should be in soon, and I don't start until an elk hunting trip in Nov, but I am watching your log with interest anticipating my own test c/tren e cycle coming up then.

Yes caber .5mg e3d. I cruised into this one so I already had test built up when I started the tren. I have not used hcg. I used hcgenerate and It honestly worked for me.

Insomnia has been hit or miss. Its not too often it happens. I usually wake up in the middle of the night but I tend to go back to sleep not too long after. I ALWAYS wake up in a pool of sweat, and I mean a POOL of sweat. I can live with it. My girl hates it though :p
