how do you get out of the squat hole?? because i notice mine, when i go beyond 200, i tend to bounce out of the hole.

i miss doing pullthrus

-Notes-
Been cutting down to about 195lbs from 217lbs i feel really healthy and in shape--and my conditioning is getting there like it needs to be for BJJ. Strength is going well --not moving up liek i was in the offseason , but going to fix it with lots of puase work. Got about 6 weeks left of cutting and hopefully loose 1.5lbs per week. Then Sept 15th I get back into submission wrestling--and going to have to stay in a weight class and gain strength--I already have a 2 day split setup and have been pulling the sled 2x\week along w\low intesity cardio.

-Going to purchase a few Randy Couture sub-wrestling dvds and incorporate some Plyos w\my 2 day split --My plan is to get into a beginner tournament this fall.

Well i havent been on the mats since 1.5 years ago--still been watching lots of instructional videos etc. My buddy told me at the NAGA tournaments its 210and up so I would preffer to stay under that and keep fairly lean--perhaps suck down weight and dwarf the competitors and be the strongest in my division as ewll. i believe so i am going to get as lean as possible and hold it --then slowly bring my weight\strength back up while pulling the sled and hitting the mats aswell so my conditioning is on point--no need ot be a bloated mess and not be able to walk up stairs ya know?

walk around the neighborhood 30minutes

Notes- Waist is down to 34 inches (at the belly button) --thats down from 38inches. 2-3 more inches to go in these next 6 weeks.
192lbs this morning after taking a leak.
I look completly different than i did back when i was 182lbs this lean last summer. I feel slow and steady wins the game--especially as a natural trainee

strength is down-dieting sux --4-6 more weeks of this shit -I am not impressed w\my numbers.
