the thing about squats and deads...is that when the weight goes up, people would rely more on their backs..we all been there and sometimes is still there. it is a hard bad habit to break and it's understandable. i myself am on my way to slowly change that......ARGH
 
flat pause bench- 305# 2x5

low incline hs press- 3plates per side 2x12 (easy)

military hs- 185# 1x15 (easy)

pushdown- 150# + 30lbs db 1x17r\p


crunches- 1x50
leg ups- 2x20


-dc stretches-
chest- 50# for 60 seconds
tris- #30 for 60 seconds
shoulder- 60 seconds

well havent updated at all in a while...work is killing me.


Been out of the gym since thursday and going to just relax and let the cns recover till about tues then just do some light stuff next week.. Be ready to start back heavy the week after. Gotta love deloads.
