Hey, I have been having a real hard time latley getting to the gym. I just started a new job that has long hours, and blah blah blah. And while I still enjoy my time at the gym, I often find myself skipping days because I feel to tired, or some other excuse. Anyone got a good idea/story to help me on the days when I feel to worn out to lift. Oh, and I already know I'm lazy.
