After 9 months of a terrible diet, and an inconsistant workout schedule, i lost muscle mass and gained fat...
but it seems like i have bounced back unusually fast... within the next month of test, i will be just as strong as i ever was... my numbers are climbing almost to the point when i got off my tren/test cycle in august when i was the strongest i have ever been.
if you have a scientific article, feel free to post it.... but aside from what is written, what is your opinion??? Based on your personal experiences does it exist???
