Nandrolone - Question

Been reading through forum but have some questions specific to myself...
Background: I've been weight lifting since I was 16, and am now almost 22 years old. I have never taken anything performance enhancing. I have a herniated disc in the lower left side of my back, and both of my knees have some problems from squatting 400-500+ naturally. I am 5'10 - 210 lbs at approx 15 % BF. I went to a doctor and was prescribed 200 mgs of Nandrolone/week for 10 weeks + 375 mgs of test applied daily via cream(75 mgs per day for 5 days during the week). I was given this by the doctor because he felt very strongly that I have achieved a lot naturally, and I deserve to feel better. I am definitely to the brink of quitting because of how much pain I suffer during my workouts, because I do love to train back/legs super heavy.

Do you guys think this will significantly help a lot with the disc/joint pain? Also, I train 5-6 days a week + cardio, will this regiment have an effect on my physique as a whole?

All criticism is accepted. Thanks.

gear WILL NOT solve joint issues.. if u have damage to ligaments/tendons u will have to have surgery to fix this...

and if u are really serious about running a cycle don't waste your time with the test cream, your body can only use about 20% of what u apply... run some injectable test at 500mg per week for 12-15wks

hey man no offence but something not adding up here.... if youre body is in constant pain from lifting (in a negative way) youre not lifting properly or too much that you can handle more. and I dont know many dr's that would prescribe you test/deca for that purpose

by the sounds of it you need to let your body rest and heal, go to chiro and physio and get better.

whats your current lifting routine?

the theory that deca lubes joints is highly overrated...im running deca right now and still get the regular joint pain I experienced before....aas doesnt heal shit...if anything it will make things worse (tendon/ligament wise)

I mean I went to an anti-aging doctor who deals specifically with aches and pains of the body. I have read various studies about deca and it's ability to heal joints, and I personally know bodybuilders who have used it for such issues as tennis elbow, etc. I exaggerated to an extent, but I still have aches and pains that I would like relieved and would make my life much better. I am just trying to get more feedback. I'm not running the cycle for size.

Anecdotally (I haven't reviewed the studies so cannot speak from an empirical POV). Like you I have also been prescribed Nandrolone for joint pain and personally have found it to help my joint issues enormously! Also, I have several friends who use it therapeutically with similar results.

aas does not heal shit....show me a study that is legit that says it does...then show me another one that backs it up...its completely false...cant believe people think this

all deca does is fill the joints with water as it has a major side for water retention...that is what supposedly makes the joint pain go away...its not a perminant thing and can actually cause more damage as it hides the pain and you excert more weight and stress on the joint.

as I have said before...personal experience trumps all in this area

Cobra Strike hit it on the head...
I do notice reduced joint pain on nandrolone, but you need to be very careful w/ this. It WILL NOT heal joint injuries and indeed will only mask the problem.
This is where it can make it worse, because you can push it further than is healthy and cause further damage and not know it. You will stop eventually, and will still have to deal w/ the original issue that is now worse...
Firstly I'd suggest getting your form and excercises in order as suggested above, then maybe look into HGH/IGF-1 and adequan for joint issues...
