hi i need help on a stack, ill start by my stats,im 36y,6f.t.1in large fram,ive worked out for 3.5years,im thinking of doing 10weeks test c 250,trend e 200 for 5 weeks at 400mil a week, and 12 weeks of Winstrol (winny) 50 one a day,this will be my 3rd cycel,first two was just test 250,at 500 a week,and drol at 50 mil a day.the reason im wont to juce is i spent 4 yeads in iraq,and afghanisan,i was injured by a i.e.d and a boutlost my right arm,and i lost 80% of my tricep and i went in to depression and got fat,and lost a lot of mojo, but to make a long storie short just need advice on the trend and and if im thinking right on it thank for any advice

About the tren... I would hold off on that till another day ( maybe next cycle). It is known to bring on tremendous strength gains and may stretch you out too fast. I would see how you fell on maybe test and deca first.

I imagine you have a lot of scar tissue built up and lifting is very painful. You got balls for coming back to the gym buddy. I'm glad your in good spirits again.

If you decide you do want to try out tren plz AT LEAST use tren A @400mg/week instead of E. If something doesn't agree with you; abort the tren... this short ester will clear out of you and you can continue to train on test without a worry. I would use test p with this @ 300mg per week.

One more thing: How much do you weigh? Make sure your under 20% bf before you start. I assume you know about your post cycle therapy (pct) and Aromatase inhibitor (AI) too.

also winni will be a bad choice especially at that weight.. winni dries you out and is kills joints and ruins cholesterol. Its also extremely liver toxic oral so 12 weeks is really bad. six would be the longest to run. however it will not cut u up and when your off it the water will come right back. id run the test/deca or test/mast and like maximus said tHANKS FOR YOUR SERVICE
 
Thanks for your service. You guys get more done before I get out of bed than I get done all day long, and I do a lot. Don't have anything constructive to say to help you out, but wanted to say nice job on getting back in the gym and not just staying depressed.
 
hey, thank's guy's i do thank all of your input, and it was all worth it, what i gave, so many gave more, and i would do it all agine for my brothers,and sisters and hope to here from you all agine,and my weight is 218l.b. i was up to 260 but i started me cardieo and push my self i say my body fat is at lest 25% or so trying to get it back down to 15% ,and a gine thank you all, HOORAAA!!!!!!!:uzi::uzi:
 
you got some good advise there. tren may overwhelm you initially as it fucked with my mind as well as my ability to perform cardio for any significant amount of time.....

You know, I am British, and this thank you for your service is cool but especially for the Iraq war, a crap dicision by bush do make you go there. I know you didnt go there on your own accord, but the judgement of your leader sucks ass
