Repped out 475 x 4 today which is a PR. I could have gotten the 5th rep, but form was starting to suffer so I aborted to be safe. I've been off for 7-8 weeks now so i'm pleased with the progress. If I can hit 500 x 5 before I start my next cycle (which could be a while), I know i'll be able to hit 600 when i'm "on".
Thanks 69. I don't really feel like I have a sticking point. I was getting each rep off the floor good, my back would just start to round on the last 1/3 of the lift. I think I just reached my limit and gains may start slow. It felt pretty damn heavy. Gotta take care of that back
