New gear, new goals, new log.

Good shit man keep at it. Seems like I've been having a lot of those shitty days recently. Just gotta go back and hit the gym harder.

Yeah I had days like that more often when I was eating like shit but now that I've cleaned up my diet and slimmed down I have had more endurance than I can ever remember having. I can't be on my A game everyday though.

MoM, as a quick recap. Could you post up your current cycle length and what you were running over this period?

cheers

Did 6 weeks of prop/tren at 100/100 eod, then went to 150/150 for another 6. Then switched to 600mg cype for a month then down to 400 cyp for 5-6 weeks and now back to 100 tren eod. So I've been on approx 17 weeks.

I respect bodybuilding and enjoy it as a spectator, but it holds no appeal for me.

No offence but looking at your pics I don't think you have the genetics...keep training hard and one day who knows. :)

reading... where's the pictures?

ExactlY... if you were 5' 10'' with the same muscle development you would be around 200lbs, no where near BB competition standards...don't take this the wrong way I'm just being honest, keep at it and do the best you can! Genetics are the name of the game :)

I already said I have no interest in bodybuilding. Are you really that dense?

Totally have to disagree on that one. Are genetics important to be a top pro bodybuilder? Yes, you need the entire package. But to be a successful competitive bodybuilder hard work means a lot more than genetics.

Back on track, 295 x 10 in the incline is nutso. GJ.

Thank you Outlaws and JT.

Today's workout: Lower body strength

squats barx5 135 x5 225 x5 315 x5 365 x5 405 x10 (belt only)
Calf press 3 sets x12
superset w/ standing cable crunches 3 sets x12
underhand grip pull ups bw x12 x12 x15
superset w/ dip machine full stack x20 x20 x25

Puked all over myself in the car on the way home. That was a first. Felt great afterward until I got home and scrubbed the puke out of my car.
