seated lateral raises 20's x15 x15 x15
superset w/ bb shrugs 225 x10 275 x10 275 x14 135 x8 (no break)

Birthday so diet was out the window.
 
Lower body strength

front squats 135 x3 185 x3 225 x3 275 x3 315 x3 345 x4 - pr for reps and weight, easier than I expected
Hanging leg raises bw x12 x15 x15
superset w/ calf press 4 plates per side x12 x12 x15
skullcrushers 100 x12 x12 x15
superset w/ reverse curls 70 x12 x12 x15

I am really really really glad you are taking your age into consideration with HGH. People start HGH WAY to young in my opinion.

Turned 22 on sunday. The tren for post cycle therapy (pct) thing was a joke, I'm not running post cycle therapy (pct). I chose it because it was the only chemical I have access to.

yeh, i'm no where near your strength and size. I started at 75mg eod and have noticed best results at 150mg eod...obviously. This shit is great. Thinking running it past 12 weeks is ok? HA. Actually, i have to come off cause i have a 2 week vacation coming up out of the country.

Yes. I always forget these doses are for MALES and not for females. There is such a huge difference in dosages for each. It always seems crazy high for males when in reality it's not.

Tren is really starting to kick now. A lot of visible difference in muscle quality. I'm down at least a % from the last pics, weighed 272-273 after 1 meal today. I've only been about 85% on point with my diet but results are still coming. This week I've really tightened up the eating and will continue to do so.

Also, my boss asked me if I used steroids today. He seemed genuinely concerned.
