Hello every body. Thought is follow advice I've read on here and introduce my self. I'm 48 years old been lifting consistant last 5 years. Spent a few years in early 20's powerlifting. Motorcycle crash messed that up! Done several p.h cycles last couple years, a friend introduced me to blast and cruise. I'm 5' 10", currently hover between 212- 220 during the year. Currently running 600mg test e, 11 weeks into a 14 week cycle, aromasin 12.5 eod. Had a gyno flare early on. Good gains latley, had to bring calories to mid 5000 or so. Any way, looking forward to learning! Many interests, doing lots of research. I'm thankful this board is here! Thank you guys.
