I'm currently taking 5oomg of test C weekly and I'm just learning about all of this. what is a good level to step up to for a beginner?

I'm currently taking the Test C for my low T under my doctors assistance, but I'm looking to step it up some. I'm just not sure what to do next when it comes to upping my weekly dose.

What's next?
I injured my back and neck about five years ago and ended up having to go under the knife. since then I only regained about 75% of my strength and mobility. That is until my doctor tested me for low T. He put me on 200 mg of testosterone cypionate every week and I have made more improvement in the last 2 months than in the last 5 years. I'm reading everything I can on here so I can make a fairly educated approach to rebuilding my body. The question I have is what should I do next moving forward?
