New User!!

Now we have some intel..
Eat a lot more..nap when you can..we grow when we sleep...I can understand your frustration dude...really..I looked like that with long long hair in 1982...and was really high.
potatoe s pasta s breads and red meat s are your friend..you have less fat on your body than I do on my hands bro..
weight gainer are a must..pbj s all day long..ice cream..u need calories and lot s and lots...!!!!
Your overtraining..Mr H. gave you a good split..you need to eat eat sleep sleep..more than you train ..really...
I m pullin for you...roids ? your call..not yet imo..not yet. To do them and not feed them ? Foolhardy, reckless...

So you all agree no roids even though I have access to multiple bottles if needed.. Im just trying to get some results for a change and am willing to do whatever it takes.. and I will use the split workout so that i dont overtrain which i might already be doing.

I wake up each day and eat a quick breakfast because im not a morning person at all.. I dont get an opportunity to eat again until 12:05 due to classes scheduled from 8 to 12. I then have class from 1 to 2:30 and then go work out. I have been working out with a friend of mine who is on the football team and we do there workout but maybe I am over training because he gets stronger and bigger but i dont. I usually play basketball everyday in the evening to keep my cardio up and then go back home to eat supper. I dont really know how to cook or anything so I rely on alot of fast food chicken type meals but I eat alot of it. 2 or 3 chicken breast sandwhiches and maybe chips for supper and water to drink. for lunch all i can get my hands on are about 7 chicken strips with fries..

Good news. You don't need gear. You are expending a crap load of calories everyday on top of your workouts.

So in essence your doing two things that are stopping you from gaining weight.

1.) Your overtraining.

2.) Your diet is in need of work.

Your preworkout meal should have some good carbs to power your workout. I.E. Sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc. Also with your body type you have to eat every three hours. No if's ands or buts.

You need to wake up a little earlier and eat a proper breakfast. Hard boiled egs are easy you can make them and shell them the night before. Some oatmeal would also be good.

You should be getting in about 6 meals a day of quality whole food. You say you don't cook but it is not hard to boil brown rice or bake a sweet potato.

Tuna is a good and cheap protein source that you can use to bring your protein up.

Honestly even with gear with the diet and overtraining you are doing I doubt your gains would be sustainable or very good.

Save the gear money and buy some food instead.

Good luck with it if you got more questions feel free to ask and make sure you look through the diet forum to come up with a diet you can implement. I would recommend at least 4k calories a day with 40% protein, 50% carbs and 10% fat.

To do the math for you:
400 grams quality protein not fast food
500 grams good carbs
45 grams good fats

thanks for all the info. but with all the calories i am expending why would i not need the gear to stay caught up? I am going to change my diet and my workout immediately and after a few weeks may add the gear if im still feeling weak.

i haven't posted in here cause i didnt want to be cruel.
these two guys are really looking out for you. take what they are telling you and use it. you will get no results from gear with the lifestyle your living right now. learn as much as you can and then if your ready in a few years come back to it. but for now the above advice is priceless.

You should do a bit more research. Gear will not help you get caught up with your calories. Gear actually requires you to take in even more calories. Think of it this way.

If you build a house you could have the best architect in the world but if you don't give him any materials nothing is going to happen.

Same thing with gear. You could take the strongest best stack ever. Drop 5 grand on it and still not get any results if your diet and training is not right.

If u don't have time to eat & can't grow naturally. Ur not going to keep the muscle u put on while on AAS. Also ur not going to get the most out of the AAS without proper diet.

i have taken deca 250 orally last year for 5 weeks and i saw massive gains in strength compared to my stats now but they all went away due to not working out. All of you are absolutely positive i do not need the gear to gain weight and msucle? i am just trying to be 100% sure on my decision so that i may see gains like i am wanting

We all are just trying to give you the best advice possible. While looking through your diet and workout routine its obvious what your doing wrong as "Mr." as pointed out.

Honestly, the gear WILL NOT do anything for you at this time. However, there is a plus side to this. We figured out what your problem is. Get your diet in check along with your routine and YOU WILL GROW-thats a promise. Keep a log on Ology so we can keep track and critque what your doing from a day to day basis-Hell its free why not.

EDIT: just read your last post. I"M 100% POSITIVE!!!!!!!!!!. Start a log and lets see where 1-2 months take you with the right diet and routine. Keep the gear for another day ok

Yes ! Don't ever do oral deca again either lol. U need to get to like 175-180 before even thinking about AAS. Get ur research in, this is a great site and were all here to help.

U need to figure out how many calories u burn a day sitting. It's called ur BMR, get with 3J in the diet section. It's all calories in to calories out. So if u burn let's say 4000 cals a day, if u take in 5000 a day ur going to gain weight. It takes time so stick with it and be patient. Good luck.

If you really stuck with it and don't care about a little fat then I say yes you absolutely could gain 15 pounds by December.

Glad to see your listening to reason. Keep us posted on your results. Once you get a diet set post it up.

I will subscribe to your thread and try to help you as much as possible. Best of luck!

15 lbs of muscle IDK ? 15 lbs yeah def. U could get to 175 in year or 2. Most important thing is to get with 3J in the diet section. I can't say it enough. Get ur training right as well, u'll be amazed at what proper diet and training can get u.

Alright thanks guys. Ill stick with it and post daily until this time in december and see what my gains are looking like.

I really think if i gain 15lbs by december it would be a miracle and would be all muscle because ive never had any luck with putting on fat its almost impossible for me.

Listen to these people, Dude.

Also, you're pretty stupid to post a pic of yourself that shows your face. Pretty much says to anyone "Hey, I'm so and so, and I juice". Not a good idea

So,
the consensus is in...and I believe one of the most important statements you made was.."..I can afford.."
Ur in school..good..ditch diggin is for the then other folks ..know what I saying...
I don t know what you paid for your gear and i don t want to and it s not ALLOWED here but...I hear what the boy s at my gym s pay for it after 2, 3 people deal with it..it s ridiculous.
All your spare money needs to be redirected towards caloeric intake..I d cook a pan of corn bread muffin s and eat it throughout the night..with whole milk...food is key to this..gear can only build ..be anabolic..if you keep yourself in a postive..ie anabolic state..better to miss a workout day with your bodytype than miss a meal. Really.
You are a thin guy naturally..this will be great when your older cuz when you quit force feeding and training .. you ll be thinner as you age and not turn into a blob...I too have the blessing- curse of this gentic attribute-disorder..
I really hope you do what you say..log your food, training..nap s are great if you can get em in.
Train 4 day s a week max..bench, deads squats...little muscle s need lil workout s at this point...
Really glad you checked in here..I wish you well young man ...

You need to eat man and eat every few hours, i know you said you cant eat because of school but thats no excuse. Pack sandwiches PBJ lasts for many hours and is what your looking for. Up your carbs bigtime but try to eat clean. Baked potatos, oatmeal, sweet potatos, rice etc etc you get the idea. Gear is the last thing you need right now, get your diet in order first and foremost.
