55+ Old school lifter
Been lurking, time to post ...
Until about age 40 I lifted a lot, ate a lot, did my fair share of basic old school dbol/deca cycles, got big, but never ripped, as I was lacking in my diet education.
Then, family, life and running a business got in the way and I basically quit the heavy lifting and did your basic "Planet Fitness" thing.
A few years ago I got bored with that, went back to a basic gym and got back into heavy lifting. Muscle memory is a wonderful thing, but now I've hit the plateaus.
So ... what about getting back into the juice for a 50 year old? I'm not on any meds.
Experiences,? anything to watch carefully?
Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks.
