old lady's complaint

my woman has been questioning my mood swings lately. saying ive been on edge lately. then made a comment last night that steroids are for losers and she'd break up with me in a heart beat if she found out i used gear (she didnt call it gear tho).

funny shit is i havent been on for since last september. ive been on edge cuz i just fucked up 200ml of my test prop homebrew, and ive been moody lately cus i just had to shell out serious cash for her bday gift, that i couldve used to buy some more test!!!

i'm gonna try something. she's a corporate auditor. she looks for fraud and mistakes in the books of publicly traded companies all day. i'm just about done with my degree in finance. i'm gonna launder money out of our accounts and see if she can catch it. those business and accounting ethics classes were good for something. lol. i'll use the money to buy the gear. then i'm gonna tell her if she can figure out how i did it, then i'll put the money back into the joint account from my personal account. lol. i'm not gonna hide anything but it's way easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. she's a marathon runner and her marathon training, shoes, physical therapist, etc costs way more than my gear and we pay for it from the joint account so the money won't be the issue.
 
Honestly, dude, as a stand up man you realize two things to be true. One, she cares for you and fears for the worst in the case of gear - this is acceptable and expected. Two, you realize that you have made your decisions based on real knowledge and research, and as such you can assure her that things will be A-OK. Convey that, if she does truly trust you, she can and will rely on the fact that you have done your homework.

The other thing I would do asap, is once that bullshit is ironed out...make it clear that steroid talk and all things gear related are your business alone. Dont do it around her openly, stop joking about it with her, etc. Some things are for you to do, and not for her to worry about. Dont hide it, but dont flaunt it. Just my opinion based on experience. My girl knows the deal through and through. And to be 100% honest, playing a money laundering game with schedule III substance funds is...well not the best idea I've heard used for gear related marriage counseling.

the money laundering thing was a joke. it would be fun to try if i wanted a divorce and didn't mind a little jail time to get it. honestly though, i think i could get it past her but i won't.

i printed out several studies from medical journals to show her the safety of injectables. it took me 2 cycles to prove it didn't mess with my mood.

i just need to convince her that i'm not gonna get in trouble with it. she's always had a fear of authority. she's not the type of person to listen to 'Rush' music.
 
I told my wife. Biggest mistake ever. She said I can trust her and she was all cool about it as long as I didn't inject infront of her. Then as soon as we got in an arguement, it was "roid rage" and "your flipppin out on the juice" and shit like that. I couldn't get mad without her yappin off that it was the steroids fault. Then when I went off the gear it was creatines fault for making me angry.

she didn't even want me taking that shit when i started lifting back in the day. her dumbass biology student friend told her a bunch of bullshit. i had to get a doctor to convince her that creatine was perfectly safe. now she thinks protein powder is unsafe. i try to get her to drink a protein shake after a 10 mile marathon training run and she refuses. she wonders why she keeps getting injured.

See...that is what I'm talking about. I got the same shit when I told her back in the day. Never again.
 
Honestly bro talk to her about help her feel comfortable that your knowledgeable about it and that you are safe with what you put in your body it will make her feel OK about it knowing that your not stupid about it and actually know a thing or two about staying healthy.

Tell her steroids are legal in the UK, surely if steroids were as bad as people make out the UK goverment would have made them illegal! This isn't a 3rd world country like Mexico this is an intelligent country with educated scientists.

If that fails punch her in the womb :D

it's legal in the UK? they're more authoritarian than the US gov. you get video taped 300 times a day. cameras yell at you for bad behavior.

UK, authority. That's funny. The acronym for the United Kingdom should be, UKA; United kindom of anarchism. Their legal system is beautiful. Too bad your family will be constantly talking you off the edge of a building because it's sunny about, oh yeah.... NEVER.
