Starting my cycle next monday, the 13th.

Test 625mg 1-16
deca 500mg 1-14
dbol 50mg 1-6 (got 25 mg caps, so gonna split the doses...1 early morning, 7am, 1 pwo 12pm. That'll give me a good boost for the first 8 hours of the day.

Wanted to go ahead and start this log. Im running starke test and dbol, but have euro pharm deca.

Gonna post all lifts for this week so everyone can see my starting point and watch me grow, :).

Also on ghrp-6 and mod-grf 100mcg 3x day and running tb-500 which I started to help recover from an arm injury.

gonna be setting personal bests on this cycle, so watch out.

Finished off with calves, 4 sets burn-out, standing calf machine.

Went really deep on squats today, after that legs were pretty much finished. Can't wait to get on, legs have always been my weak point, really focusing on getting that squat up, but struggle with knee probs.


One more quick thing. Thought I would share my goals for this cycle.

Weight 215+
Bench 455x1, 365x5
Squat 405x5.....hopefully over 450 1rep
deads 405+ for reps. (don't do a ton of deads....have had low back issues, but working up slowly to doing them again.....stiff leg deads are no prob....main issue is once I get to 400 on regular deads, low back screams at me and will have to take a break from them.)

Good old bread and butter cycle :) People love that particular stack for a reason!
 
So pumped about this cycle. Tearing my bicep tendon really set me back for my goals. Have gotten back on track and hopefully this cycle pushes me past.
 
Today is my off day nothing to report....except my taurine came in, might fire up this cycle tomorrow instead of waiting till monday. The anticipation is killing me....
 
Started this baby up today. Did 325mg test and 250mg deca pin this morning. Started the Dbol as well. Will keep yall posted on progress.
 
following it closely bro. GL and yes its good be safe than sorry. Dislocated my shoulder and it took forver to get back but now it feels stronger than ever.

Felt awesome today. Arm felt really good on shrugs, first time Ive gone past 315 since my surgery. Feels good to be back.
 
Do work. I am watching your cycle closely as I may be doing this exact for my second cycle. I already have deca and tren for future cycles along with test.
