overtraining?

Hi guys
I'm 41 yrs
174 precycle -188 lbs now
5'-10"
Lifted steady from 15 yrs to 27yrs
I did a few short cycles when I was 26-27yrs with good sucess.
I have only sporadically lifted for the last 13 yrs.
When I realized gear was easily available I jumped into a cycle when I hadn't lifted a wt in 5 weeks. Shit shape.
Now in week 5 of...

week 1-12 500mg/week sustanon
week 9-14 50 mg/day winstol
HCG 250 iu 2x/week

Even though I was aware the tendons can have trouble keepin up with the muscle and to use perfect form to not injure myself, I feel like I'm actually overtraining even though I stay pretty low volume. I have aches pains and stiffness as if I'm natural.

I have 100iu of HGH which I was going to save for later but..I've heard HGH is awsome for recover and tendons. Should I /could I use the HGH?


currently take 2 hot showers/day to loosen up
Advil on bad days
bengay and DMSO as needed
 
GET OFF THE Winstrol (winny) it will kill the joint and tendons. get some NPP or deca to help with the joints and such.
 
I bet if you dropped the Winstrol (winny) that would make a difference IMO.

I haven't even started the Winstrol (winny) yet, I'm on week 5 sus only. I may not take Winstrol (winny) at all as I've read it builds weak tendons prone to injury. Damn I wish I researched this more before I got my gear.
 
Like cyto said, drop the Winstrol (winny), it will dry your joints out.

You might consider adding Deca.
 
Def. drop the Winstrol (winny). I know from experience that it will do more harm than good if you have probs already. Cyto is right with the Decca. Just save the Winstrol (winny) for next cycle and build up your tendons a bit.

Thanks for the advice, I am considering it. Since I already have the HGH I was hoping it would work, but I'm open to any suggestions.
I see 3 options
1- add something (deca HGH whatever)
2 stay the course (minus the winny) 12 weeks sustanon.
3--cut cycle short at 8 weeks--take 8 weeks off cycle-- then comeback with test deca cycle.
 
Wow you guys don't read, he is in week 5 and hasn't even started Winstrol (winny) yet. If its that bad where u can't work thru the pain throw some deca in at like 300mgs a week and it will help a lot with tendons and joint pain!
 
First off how many days week your workout. I been lifting almost 20 years yet I can only lift eod or mon wed fri just cause my body burns out fast even on gear. Bet your not taking enough days rest in between. Less is more. That's why guys at my gym never grow or get strong they think have to lift everyday like a pro. Not true

I agree, or your working all upper body too much you will be doing more harm then good also, put more legs in your regimine and/or cardio/abs. take glucosamine for joint health keep them lubricated.

EX: Say day1 you do chest/tris and day2 you do shoulders/calves. your shoulders are going to burn out quicker and take longer to recover because you use shoulders alot in chest exvercises etc.

This could be the simple fix just take time to get a solid workout schedule down.
If this dont help or EOD training doesn't help you may have simply been too out of shape to start your cycle.
