anyway here is what I am sure on:

Seated military: 345x3
Close grip bench 315x5
deadlift: 455x3
squat: 490 ass to tha flo
bench: unsure
db bench 120x10
 
lol...............those guys are alot stronger than I am. They would rep out 505 on bench for a warmup. Anyway Right now I am on a cycle consisting of
750mg of Sustanon a week
30mg of Dbol a week
75mg of tren eod

Im trying to get to 315lbs and add some strength.

Squat: 545x3 2/03

D/L: 635x2 Last thurs. (Sumo)


My squat needs serious work!!! Been hitting deads every other week.(works great for me!) Will begin training for BP only meet in 3 weeks. Shooting for 635 on 8-17.


Bench is with a Karin's Double Denium cut back.

my main max is all about the deadlift. At a bodyweight at the time of 217lbs, I pulled 500lbs (raw with no belt or straps) for 9 reps and havea video around here of it, 550lbs for 5 reps, and 625lbs for a single, all totally raw

Thanks, I havent done a max in a while, but my best squat was 455lbs for 5 reps, ass to the floor with no belt or wraps

I don't max much unless I'm doing chest and feel like goofying around...here's an idea of what I work with and I don't use wraps, belts or anything of the sort...I'm 5'10" 230lbs...

Bench- 540lbs 1 rep
incline- 365lbs x 10
squat- 495 x 10
deads- 495, 4 sets of 10
military- 275lbs for 6-10 reps
