not as impressive as all of you but here goes.

squat 465x5
dead 495x3
incline 315x7-8 cant remember
incline dumbells 140's x6 today. second time doing them in years
 
Know whats sad about this thread! Its the fact that all the ectomorphic bros out there are scared shitless to post their maxes because next to these behemouths we would look asinine....but you know what..Im going to use this next week...and max myself out on a few of my lifts....and Im going to let you all laugh at my ectomorphic ass.... Mabey then will it convince some of us smaller frame bros to post.... btw Im 5,8, 180 ......and yes...I may look weak compared to you guys....but what the hey I may give some guys some hope =-] Hell Ill try to even get soem pictures taken for you guys =-]

Not really familiar with lbs, foots or inches but I´m 178cm 82kilo (180lb), or atleast I were...

Squat 200kilo (440lb)
Bench 140kilo (310lb)
Dead 6*200kilo (440lb)

Yea im a little guy, il post em up lol.
5'8 194-196lbs 8%bf and just turned 20yrs old.

These are current lifts, little less than when i was on my first cycle.

Bench 235x10, 100lb dumbellsx10
Squat 315x10
Dead 365x6
Shoulder press 80lb dumbells x 6

Im a bodybuilder, so i got out of that mindset a while ago about "how much can you lift". Im more concerned with the way i look.

Im about 15 solid more pounds of muscle than in these pix. . .

I am 5'9 around 225-230
Bench- around 460

Squat- I can do 5 plates with ease but I have a bad back and knees so I don'ty go heavier

Seated barbell press- 275x5

Incline dumbells 130's for 10

Behind the neck press 295 for 5

bent over rows- 275 for 3 easy sets of 10 (underhand grip)

Not exactly the strongest, but I can hold my own pretty good.

well, i guess i will post my maxes. I havent maxed out in years as i never feel the need to, but this is where i think they are.

Bench - 335
Squat - ~455
Deadlift - 545
Seated Military - 245 (maybe more)
 
I haven't maxed but:
bench: 315 for 5
squat: 405 for 8
military: 245 for 6
deadlift: 405 for 8
I was 5'8" 200lbs at about 10%
 
Assuming that everyone is being honest about their lifts, I must say that I am very impressed. Anyone who feels that they don't measure up, please keep in mind that an honest 315 lbs bench press puts you ahead of 90-95% of all the people in most regular gyms. I have yet to see anyone who can do reps with 4 plates. Sure, I have seen more than one pair where one person does a 225# bench press and the other a 200# bent over row, but a real 405# bench press is damn impressive. With that disclaimer, here are my lifts:

Incline Bench: 335
Squat: 545 (not quite to parrallel), 435x8 (ass to the floor)
Bent Over Row: 405x10
Seated Military: 245x6
 
I have the worst maxes but fuck it here they are:
19
Bench press: 295 dumbells 100*8 or 115*3 by the end of the matrix i hope to bench 315
Deadlifts: just started 385 or 315*10 no belt no straps
Squats: just started 2 weeks ago 225*8 too parallel
bent over row: 225*5
seated military: 205*5

my main max is all about the deadlift. At a bodyweight at the time of 217lbs, I pulled 500lbs (raw with no belt or straps) for 9 reps and havea video around here of it, 550lbs for 5 reps, and 625lbs for a single, all totally raw

You could definetly being pulling way more than 625, if you are reping with 550 you should try for 685 and do it no problem.
