Damn Barn that is one sick looking work-out above man, you must had been toast after that. Hey, have you tried eating a nice big meal like steak/chicken rice and complex carbs 30 minutes after your training sessions yet? I'm just now gettting back in the gym after my injuries from wreck and all and not having a vehicle to get to the gym living out in the hills, lol. But when I was kinda in the swing of things I was reading something from Jim Wendler or Justin Harris it was about how everyone takes in their protein shake with gatorade or waxy maize and drink it immediaely after training. Well these guy's skip that and go straight for a meal. I dunno dude but when I was in a groove for a little while I tried that for a month and man totally noticed a difference. I'm wondering if that might really help you since it seem's like your uping the volume and all. It seemed to help me recover better too. Just curious if you do that?
