Working for the BIG 200

Damn Barn that is one sick looking work-out above man, you must had been toast after that. Hey, have you tried eating a nice big meal like steak/chicken rice and complex carbs 30 minutes after your training sessions yet? I'm just now gettting back in the gym after my injuries from wreck and all and not having a vehicle to get to the gym living out in the hills, lol. But when I was kinda in the swing of things I was reading something from Jim Wendler or Justin Harris it was about how everyone takes in their protein shake with gatorade or waxy maize and drink it immediaely after training. Well these guy's skip that and go straight for a meal. I dunno dude but when I was in a groove for a little while I tried that for a month and man totally noticed a difference. I'm wondering if that might really help you since it seem's like your uping the volume and all. It seemed to help me recover better too. Just curious if you do that?
 
Gym was closed today? Wtf? I woke up nice and early to get some cardio in, didnt happen.

Ran out of food, so made another bad choice and made today a cheat day, it will be the last, atleast for another week but hopefully for a couple if not the month.

Had 6 slices of pizza, and some other shit.

My whole body, but especially legs are completely destroyed today and I love it. Ill probably be doing that workout every couple of weeks or so because I really did enjoy the challenge of trying to get through it lol

Im somewhat doing the meal thing. Pre-workout I have 15g protein, 20-30g carbs(fruit)..PWO 25-40g protein, 25-40g carbs...then 30-60min later I have a nice sized meal, usually about 60g carbs, 40g protein, 20g fat and a fresh salad.

The thing that I noticed the most that has helped me is taking a casein shake before bed. Nothing has helped me keep weight and muscle as much as that has.
 
* Not a good workout today, my left forearm/elbow was killing me again. Same shit as my right arm when I pitch, numbness in the fingers, can barely make a fist. Its gotta be a nerve, goes from my shoulder through my forearm so Im thnking brachial nerve but idk.

Its sore now, but only really on heavy weights does it hurt. So today after my first "heavy" movements its hurt too much, so decided to SS everything else and did a lot of 12-30 rep ranges. Also threw in some cardio at the end.

Chest- Can only remember first 2

BB Incline- Barx20/135x10/155x10/175x8/195x6/215x3

* Thats when it started hurting and from there everything was down. Didnt want to hurt it anymore.

DB Flat- 80x10/90x10/90x8

I'll work around it, get it back to 100%. Maybe this will give me time to train legs twice a week.

And for sure, need2slin was sick, cant wait to try more of your products, saw great results from it and would def. recommend it.

These are at 190-192lbs BTW. Havent decided if Ill try to stay at this weight but drop some fat/gain muscle...or keep bulking hard to 210+ and cut to 195-200. I would really like to lean up some for the beach and summer but we'll see what happens.

Last 2 workouts were at PF, nothing but smith machines, small DB's and a hack squat sled.

Bunch Of hack squats, probably 7 or 8 sets.

* Rep range was a lot higher with less rep in between sets because of the lighter weight, still got a great pump and was tired leaving the gym. Tomorrow is my last day of need2slin.
 
yesterday- off

Today- Cardio. Im going to try and build up my legs some with the cardio so from now on, this is what I did today...15 incline, 3.5 speed with a 25-30lb weighted bag on my back.

Did some a core today as well.

* Not a lot of volume, felt dead after that so called it a day. Not wicked happy with the wo but pleased overall.

* Stopped Need2slin, post cycle therapy (pct) is basically over for my "cycle" if you can even call it that.

I noticed the increase in vascularity rather quickly, but after that, I didn't seem to notice much. I mean I'd do it again for free, but that'd prolly be it, and I started a log lol, but none of the NTBM guys followed it until I messaged them all, and after that, I just let the thread die.

I hear you, honestly I think part of the reason I noticed it so much was because Ive never used AAS. So to me this was the best product ive used, its blown away pretty much everything else Ive used from creatine to whatever.

Either you just didnt see results or you were expecting to much idk.

It was free tho, lol how can you beat that.


Shoulders

Good shoulder workout, I think the cleaning up my diet may be helping already. I seem to have more veins through my forearms and triceps.
 
30 Min morning cardio, 15 incline, 3.5mph, treadmill...25lb bag on my back.

*weight is steady at 190-191, im happy about that. thats still about 6-7lbs from where I started this whole thing about 2 months ago and about 25lbs since summer.
