RDS's first cycle - Test and Var

unfortunately not mate, I had some before pics on my girlfriend's camera but we've split up so I don't think I can get hold of them now! Don't really want to ask
 
currently doing my hCG blast, nothing to support really. So far no loss of strength or anything, I'm not sure how long i'll keep my superhuman strength. I hope forever but I do expect to lose a little
 
ok so I'm very sorry for not updating this in so long. Have been laid up in bed sick the last while, so haven't been doing any training.

PCT starts tomorrow, and I've just finished my hCG blast (injecting yourself when you've a fever is NOT fun...). Going to train like a maniac for the next 4 weeks.

My pre-PCT weight is 196lbs. I intend to keep EVERY SINGLE POUND
 
i found some info from Bill Roberts about frontloading SERMs. HIs recommendations are

-300mg of clomid in 6 doses on day 1, dropping down to 50mg a day thereafter
-140mg of nolva in 3 or 4 doses on day 1, dropping down to 20mg a day thereafter

I've decided that's what I'll do. Might be overkill, but I don't see how it could hurt.
 
I'm going out my mind not being able to train! Fucking can't believe I got sick right at the start of my post cycle therapy (pct). I feel like my muscle is melting off me.

I know it's not, but it's hard not to think about it. Ah well. Just going to beast it next week.

Life gets in the way of your physique goals sometimes I suppose.
 
well I frontloaded the shit out of the SERMs yesterday. Disgusting.

It's done now though so it's just a maintenance dose of 50mg Clomid and 20mg Nolva for the next 4 weeks.

Feel like I'm pretty much healthy again, so I'll definitely get training again on Monday. Thank christ. I'm just going to repeat my last cycle of 5/3/1 so I'll be using all the same weights as last month. That way I'll just try and match (or beat) my reps on cycle to ensure there's no loss of strength.

Something else I should mention, I am taking 3g of D Aspartic Acid every morning during post cycle therapy (pct). Supposed to help a little and it wasn't expensive so I figured what the hey.
 
FINALLY got to train today after being too ill last week. I am making sure I match or beat every rep of every exercise I did last month. I will NOT lose any strength/size during PCT.

Don't appear to be getting any of the emotional sides associated with clomid either which is a plus. Haven't been on it very long though so I dunno...
 
I think the clomid may be giving me the dreaded emotional sides. I'm finding myself thinking about all manner of womanly shit that I'd never normally be bothered about.

Maybe it was just a bad couple of days but I'm going to keep an eye on it... Even if it is sides from the clomid I'm just going to tough it out for 3 more weeks. It'll be worth it when I've kept all my gains.

I WILL KEEP ALL MY GAINS!!!!!!!
 
300mg in one day!! :O Dam son. No wonder you're feeling emotional. Should of done 100mg, 125mg MAX.

yeah it was a little rough, but I figured the Bill Roberts frontloading protocol was worth a shot.

1st week of post cycle therapy (pct) done, no loss of strength or libido (strength is actually a little up)
 
second week of PCT done, I'm down a couple of pounds but strength has remained the same and there's no loss of size as far as I can tell
 
one thing I have noticed is that although my strength levels are the same (and actually improving a bit) my energy in the gym seems to be down compared to when I was on cycle.

When I was on cycle I could work out for like an hour and a half, two hours EASILY but now after about an hour I'm done. I don't know if that's because of the PCT or what but it certainly seems that way.
 
still don't feel any different on PCT.

Strength, libido, all fine. Have been resisting the constant urge to weigh myself.
