Do you notice a difference between Reverse Grip Rows/Yates Rows and regular Barbell Rows for Lat development???

So accutane works without question. If I got off for 2 months at this low dose I could probably clear up that last little bit, I came off for 8 weeks last time and cleared up HUGELY, but since all the obvious stuff is clear (had a couple red spots on my triceps) and there is nothing thats 3D anymore, I'm fine with my current protocol and I dont want to run that crap high dose again.
I let my acne go for months before I attended to it otherwise it would never have been so bad.
I'm doing prop/fina EOD currently, with the 20mg ED IP 'tane.
im in the habit of leaving it on unbuckled myself , i figure it insulates the lowerback and keeps it warmed up .then if i need it flip and liftpullinbig said:better than sliced bread. i didnt lock it down for the bent overs was just adding a litle suuport after doing racks. no belt with racks. bent overs and squats over 500 about the only time i wear it cept in a meet. then i wear even if i gotta pee. lolololol
