Well, only because I'm bored, I'll break down my daily intake for you.

5 Whole eggs
1 Smoked Sausage link
2 packs instant oatmeal

8oz. chix breast
1 cup red kidney beans

8oz. lean ground beef
1 cup veggies

PreWO
8oz. chix breast
1 cup brown rice

PWO

2 scoops Whey
1 cup oats
1 scoop Dex

PPWO

8oz Lean beef/ground beef
2 scoops Natty PB

Cheat when i want. But 90% of my meals are clean. But if i want whatever, i don't wait for a particular day.

Yesterday for example had the following:

12oz Chicken Fried Chicken w gravy
3 eggs over medium
Stack of 3 buttermilk pancakes
2 pieces bacon
2 biscuits w/ apple butter
2 cups coffee

Took a nap for a few hours

Double Angus Cheeseburger w Cheese
Tater Tots
Glass of Milk

took the boy to the park

Sausage Jambalaya w/ Cheese (2 bowls)
10-12 Girl Scout Cookies

Would have had more but momma and i had a date night Saturday so we were a little off the sheets Sunday morning for a while.

Damn... i'm hungry.
 
Its been two weeks. Started at 235lbs. This morning i was 242lbs. This means i have gained 7lbs of rock hard solid lean muscle-tech andromass beach body muscle.

my goal was to gain between 5-10lbs of rock hard solid lean muscle-tech andromass beach body muscle. This means i have reached my goal. This means i am stopping my cycle.

You silly bitch. Learn to do mathz - 242lbs from 235lbs means you gained AT LEAST 20lbs of muscle (cuz like duh dude, you lost a shit ton of fat too).

I hope you look bigger than 242lbs, cuz that's all that matters. If you look like you're 300lbs that'd probably be cool. Otherwise you're scrawny.

Wanna be less scrawny? Learn2eat like a man. Here's my personal super duper awesomness beach muskles for the babes diet:

Meal 1:
Milk (skim)
3 rice cakes (but I'm a fat ass, you can eat less)

Meal 2:
Can of tuna

Meal 3:
1 chicken breast washed in water (gotta get that extra fat off)
1 rice cake

Meal 4:
Protein shake

Meal 5:
Protein shake with rice cake

Meal 6:
casein shake with rice cake


All it takes is rice cakes and steroids.

Right on, im 28 and work behind a desk all fukn day waiting for people to need IT help. I want to retire early.

I also have alot of short days too. As long as my shit is done I bounce out fairly quick
