Your source should be sending out his packs from more than one post office and with a different return address every so often with a different companies name. This makes it much harder for them to trace a source.

The precautions need to be taken by both the source and the buyer.

I don't know......the first pack was intercepted by the narcs.....so my address became hot for more supicious packs.
