sust/deca/superdrol cycle log

Never used deca but from everything I've read it should be run 20 weeks to make it really worth it. Also I have heard a lot of people recommend a higher test:deca ratio and some prefer it the other way around. You're almost doing 1:1 so I would suggest you do some research into that and decide what will be best for you. I would prob up the deca to 400 and the test to 600, something like that. Test really shines above 500.
 
And it could be your taking to much AI aswell you can still get a hard on with high e2 it's harder to get it up and keep it up with low e2

ive increased my dose and its helping me with the bloat and making me eat more.. i'll be doing a blood test in 2 weeks and see what my e2 levels are.. i strongly feel thats its on the higher side... i used ai eod and nothing came out of it.. now atleast im feeling better with ed dose.. but i will get my bloods done in a week or two for accuracy

Im going to increase sust dose to 450mg from week 5 to week 14, deca would be at 300 till week 12 as planned
 
Update:

Workout was amazing.. strength gains will noticeable today.. didnt feel lethargic at all..

It was the mistake i made of taking SD pre workout.. now i tak eit after lunch and 2nd dose after 6 hours.. working out pretty well..

Question: Im planning to up my test dose from week 5 to 450mg.. will that be a problem???
 
Day 13

Weight up by 12 lbs..

Strength is amazing.. my workouts have been great..

Side effects: Lethargy, headache and cramps in calf..

Day 14

Weight is the same for the last 2-3 days.. ive upped my calories by 150 as this would be my last week of SD.. so want to get the most out of it..
So now my macros are 3550 calories approx

Today was rest day.. just did little cardio..

Nothing more to say..

Will update again tomorrow
 
Day 16

Sorry skipped day 15 was a little busy with work.

So today is day 16, did back and biceps..

Weight is not gaining at the same rate, i had reduced my calories too, now upped it again to 3500

Current Weight is approx 180 lbs, eating 750 over maintainance..

Workouts have been good, feeling lethargic but its not affecting my workouts in any way.. people complaining about work outs while on SD, i guess you need to go and just lift heavy no matter what youre putting your body through a lot why not take advantage and work your ass off

Took my sust deca shot yesterday, started week 3.. When will it kick in??

Side effects: Libido still down.. feel like doing it, but its difficult yo get on with it.. Feeling lethargic and no pther side effects as of now..

Question: How do i go about cutting after this cycle? should i wait 16 weeks and then cut or can i continue cutting after this bulking cycle
 
Day 17

So i stopped superdrol today.. couldnt take the lethargy and low libido

When i started i was 165 now im 179 approx.. feeling better already, not lazy at all.. Now ill continue SD in the last 2.5 weeks

Workout was good.. did legs.. felt my legs were rock solid.. no problem what so ever..

Side effects: low libido other than that nothing..

SO to sum up SD gave me super results.. gained quite a bit.. lets see how much water i lose on the way

Question: Should i increase my calories more now that ive stopped SD?
 
Day 18

Couldnt post yestersay because my girlfriend was at home.. cialis 20mg and i was a fuck machine
Anyway,
After stopping SD i could immidietly feel the difference, there is no lethargy what so ever.. my piss is normal again no headache.. strength is still the same but.. thats a plus..
Yesterday did chest shoulder triceps... breaking all my pr's on daily basis.. amazing strength.
Maybe deca has kicked in or sustanon.. my body temperature is high in between..
Sleep is a little disturbed, im not able to sleep peacefully.. i tend to wake up multiple times
 
Day 19(Yesterday)

Weight is constant did not increase since i stopped SD.. @ 180lbs

Strength is still increasing.. did back biceps, the pump was unreal.. i couldnt move my hand freely till night.. i think deca strength is coming on...

im getting a little irritated i have no reason why.. nothing major..

Side effects: Just bloated around the abdomen area, and cramps every now and then

Question: i have some proviron on hand.. should i use it on cycle

Took my sust and deca shot

Strength increasing continuously

Don't feeling tired during workouts.. which is a good thing

Side effects: low libido I have no idea why.. and my calf pains sometimes when on treadmill.. I feel bloated around my abdomen area, taking an ai so I don't know why.. will go for a prolactin and e2 test on Thursday..

Lifting as heavy as possible with proper form..

yes, it will free up more testosterone to be used more efficiently and will help with your low libido issue as well (as long as libido issue is not prolactin related)

it is mildly hepa toxic though . so may want to get bloods see where enzymes are at having ran the superdrol

Yes I will go for a prolactin and e2 test on Thursday.. it's been a week that I've stopped superdrol.. let's see what is going on... other than libido there is nothing that is telling me that I have some e2 issue.. better that I do a blood test and adjust dose of necessary..
 
Diet Question:
1. If carbs are making you bloat, can you increase fats and make progress???
2. If you need to increase protein, and the options are limited can you take whey.. i currently take 3 scoops of whey, can i make it 4?
