I did it twice a week worked for me but i was also using norma.

i get angry when I people saying Sustanon (sust) must be ED/EOD because of short esters.. using Sustanon (sust) like test prop is not taking the best of it, there are just about 25% of short esters if you consider phenylproprinate a short ester, which is to be discussed, and only 12% of short ester if you take the prop only.
The rest is long esters, 160mg or 220mg respectively. So clearly forget about that EOD injections, you end up with approx. 1000mg of long test per week which is clearly not needed for an average user.
So to take the best of it, take it like it were test C or test E because thats 88% of sust, so 2x/w and hope the 60mg of prop thats included will bring something extra

No need to get anoyed about it mate, we'll just have to agree to disagree.
I think that stable blood levels are important, which is why I advocate EOD jabs. Personally I don't use Sustanon (sust) anymore, it's generally more expensive then just plain test, which I just frontload.

Phenylprop is definitely a short ester, I don't even see why that would be debatable. It needs to be injected EOD or E3D for maximum efficiancy.
Now what really bugs me is when guys state (like you did) that doing Sustanon (sust) EOD you will be taking 1000mg/week (actually that is 875mg/week).....but who says a user has to inject 250mg EOD? Is this written in stone some where? Why can't someone take 125mg EOD, or any other dose for that matter? There are many ways around having to inject the whole ampule EOD, many ways !!

yes of course you are right there are many ways, but unless specified i figure he was going to inject one amp EOD.. Just like when he says sustanon i take it given its Sustanon (sust) 250, if i follow your reasoning then it may be sust300 or Sustanon (sust) 100 or axiolab's sustaplex blend.. but again if he doesnt mention i believe its the most general case..

Exactly how I shoot the Sustaplex....a little less than 1 cc. Besides , the way this stuff is made it has more than the normal 30mg prop and 60mg phenylprop. Mine is like 75 mg of each kind of prop , so by doing less than 1 cc , I'm not cheating myself the mg's eod.

Is it still ok to jab Sustanon (sust) twice a week say mon / thurs and still get the required benefit.
