Test/Deca cycle new member

Just a little advice not sure if you do this but in powerlifting we arch are back enough to wear you squeeze your lats and lay on them on the bench.

Also when you grip the bar act like you are trying to bend the bar towards your chest. Its kind of a wrist thing bend with wgole hand through the pinkie fingers. Those 2 adjustments take alot of pressure off the shoulders and i use alot of lats to push the bench. You still get the chest activated if you are purely doing bench for chest development imo there are better tgings than flat bench.

Cool man thanks, i always warm up my back before benching, then i try to pinch my shoulder blades together and slight arch in the back, didnt know about that grip trick I'll try that! I do chest twice/week. One day i do flat bench/incline dumbell press/ cables/hammerstrength. The other i do incline bench/flat dumbell press/pec dec/cables and champagnes. Switch the acessories around a lil bit here and there bit thats the jist

I dont k ow if youve used a slingshot but it mimicks the bending the bar its a great tool once your gassed out you can get more reps in
 
Destroyed shoulders today and believe it or not i actually did some ab work lol. I think its time to start putting in a lil cardio and ab work, so I'm gonna get in 15 mins cardio/15 mins abs at least 3 times a week for the next couple months and see how that goes. Actually did get some type of cardio in today too playing basketball with my son, so there ya go! Tomorrow is back but no deadlifts or barbell rows my back is tellin me it needs a lil break so I'm listening.
 
my chick asked me to skip the gym today to take care of her cause she's sick... i brought her 4 chicken soups, veggie chips, gatorades and ben & jerrys, walked her dogs and gave her a back massage... how's that for being an awesome boyfriend?!
 
Killer back work out, got a monster plate of double beef double chicken brown rice from flame broiler I'm about to destroy. Solo man 5000 tonight gonna kick back and relax and do nothing lol
 
Got in a pretty good chest/tricep workout in today althouvh my strength was down a lil. Stepped on the scale with my soaking wet shirt... 243lbs. Shit i need to eat more damnit!!! Not gonna dwell too much on it, just order a pizza, that'll do the trick... ha jk steak & rice as usual. On another note, visited a dispensary for the first time today, gotta love cali man cool shit hot babes and man it smelled good up in there!
 
Yesterday off, played basketball. Today did biceps,traps, abs and stairclimber. Good workout, time to feed. The heaviest i will go this week will be 12 rep range and above, no overhead or incline pressing, my left shoulder keeps getting worse, trying to prevent a major injury.
 
Legs/chest today, worked with weights in my 15 rep range 5 sets each lift. Exhausting but no shoulder pain, no hip pain so i am on the right track i think as far as lifting and trying to recover at the same time. Got a hell of a good pump thats for sure, i just really like to push myself a lot harder than that. Pretty jacked dude came into the gym i havent seem for about 6 months and he couldn't get over how much size i put on lol. He was like damn dude you look amazing what thw fuck?! Lol. Good shit.
 
Update on my cycle, since honesty is the best policy... started running test e 750/week alongside npp 450/week about a week and ahalf ago, dropping the test prop in 2 weeks. Gonna run the npp for 8 werks total and test e 12 weeks total alongside some sarms i should be getting soon that i will start a completely different log about. There ya have i came clean I'm sure whoever is following my thread was wondering lol. Amyways don't jump my shit thanks
 
Ahhh.... the boy's hooked. Not being judgemental, I too cram all sorts of vitamins, supplements, and hormones into my body.

I'll be interested to see if you can get the same gains, or if things are blunted without some time off, or if you have to start chasing higher doses to get the same effect.

Please keep up the great log - and don't hold back on the chick drama!

Today was day 3 of my deload, hit back, 5x15 on everything except warm up sets are always in the 25 to 30 rep range. What a killer pump. No deads. Last time I did a deload I was on dbol and my heart rate was so gnarly, this time it's way better, I decided to have a deload week every 6 weeks from now on.
Grabbed a shake post workout and then a 3/4 lb burger after my son's baseball game. Ate good all day def got my cals in. Been doing good all week with that, weight is up 2 lbs to 245.
Tomorrow is supposed to be shoulders but there is no exercise I can do without pain so I'm skipping shoulders this week, cause the whole point of this deload is to better my shoulder and hip. So it's gonna be an all out arm assault.
 
Appetite been up all week, tipped the scale at 247 today. Came in at 5 am so I am off and on my way to the glorious house of gainzzz to hit my 2nd leg day and get some cardio/and abs in as well. TGIF brothers!
