*Rack was set approximately 3 inches above my chest and my grip was in between the smooth part of the bar and the first ring, so my hand were about 18 inches apart

*** Used the Lat Pull because the regular stack to too light... focused on the lockout portion of the lift and used a "cheating" style motion
 
Day 115 and 116

*Spent 2 days in the library to write a 5 page paper and a 10 page paper. Couldn't eat right and couldn't do much of anything other than the papers... Got that shit done and I don't have to worry about it any more.
 
Have you noticed any pump with the anavar yet? What about that nice sense of well being? Once your finals are over im thinking your gonna really enjoy the tail end of this cycle.

Primordial Performance has been kind enough to hook me up with the Sustain and EndoAmp to use during PCT, so I'm going to use it and give an honest critique of how I've recovered. I have used Nolva every PCT thus far, so I know how I react to it, therefore I will be able to tell how the Sustain and EndoAmp are working. All the PCT's I list for my next cycles are subject to change depending on how much I like the Sustain and EndoAmp.

I'm going to be sticking to the Push/Pull/Legs routine I have been using for PCT.

Training post PCT (July 1st, 2009 until I get sick of it... but I will be using it for at least 16 weeks, which is one full rotation)
I'm going to be doing the Jim Wendler 5/3/1 Routine. Went as far as buying the E-Book to find out EXACTLY what I need to be doing, etc...

1-Tren (September 15th, 2009)
Days 1-50: 5 pumps 1-T Tren ED

Days 51-70: 5 pumps Sustain Alpha ED
Days 51-70: 20mg Nolva ED

This "cycle" is going to be to break up the long time I plan on being OFF gear. I figure by this time I'll be itching to use something and I'll be recovered and ready. I'm going to give the 1-T Tren a solo run and let everyone know what I think about it as a compound by itself.

5th Cycle: Test/NPP (January 15th, 2009)
Day 1: 450mg Test Prop
Days 2-60: 150mg Test Prop EOD (525mg/wk)
Days 1-60: 130mg NPP EOD (455mg/wk
Training Days Only: 40mg DBol (20mg AM, 20mg Pre-Workout)
*Aromasin, AIFM, B6 on hand just in case (I will more than likely use Aromasin to keep some bloat down). Hopefully with the duration of the cycle being short, I can get away with not using HCG. If not, I'm going to use 250iu's 2x/wk at the signs of testicular atrophy.

Days 63-83: 50mg Clomid ED
Days 63-83: 20mg Nolva ED
OFF for 50 days

I've never used a Nandrolone before, so I figured this will give me a good feel for it. The NPP will be used at ~2mg/lb of body weight, which is supposed to be optimal. I'm not all that worried about bloat or a little bit of fat gain because this is going to be a winter cycle, so the shirt will be staying on most of the time anyway.

6th Cycle: Test Prop/Masteron/Anavar (May 25th, 2009)
Day 1: 450mg Test Prop
Days 2-60: 150mg Test Prop EOD (525mg/wk)
Days 1-60: 125mg Masteron EOD (437.5mg/wk)
Days 1-60: 60mg Anavar ED (420mg/wk
*Aromasin, AIFM, B6 on hand just in case. Hopefully with the duration of the cycle being short, I can get away with not using HCG. If not, I'm going to use 250iu's 2x/wk at the signs of testicular atrophy.

This cycle is going to be a straight cutter. I'm looking to get the body fat really low for the summer and hope to hold minimal water running the Masteron/Var combo.

7th Cycle: Test Prop/Winny (October 10th, 2009)
Days 1-45: 150mg Test Prop ED (1,050mg/wk)
Days 1-45: 50mg Oral Winstrol (winny) ED (350mg/wk)
Days 1-45: 12.5-25mg Aromasin ED

Days 46-67: 50mg Clomid ED
Days 46-67: 20mg Nolva ED
OFF for 30 days

The plan for this cycle is to see what a gram of Test a week will do for me. I have wanted to try it out for a while now and I figured this is a good time. Looking to lean bulk for the 7+ weeks and gain as much strength as possible. I'm going to throw the Winstrol (winny) in there to keep some water off and add a little bit of strength.

These dates aren't EXACT but are pretty close to when I plan on running each cycle.

A couple of the compounds may change (ie. Tren instead of Masteron in the 6th cycle or Winstrol (winny) instead of Anavar or vise versa) but I plan on sticking to these compouns.

I consider half of my PCT to be OFF cycle, so each of these cycles will be time on=time off, give or take a week.

Although I am going to be running some compounds for the first time (Masteron and NPP), I'm not introducing two new compounds at once in any cycle.


If you have any questions about anything, let me know. I'll try and explain everything that went through my mind as I created this plan. As always, I'm open to suggestions, comments, and critiques.

I have noticed quite the pumps lately. Within a couple warmup sets I have an incredible pump that lasts for hours after my workout. It actually is really cool.

As far as the sense of well being, I haven't noticed anything different than what I feel when I'm on 750mg of Test a week. But I sure feel good having a pump for 4 hours.

I have a pretty relaxed schedule from now til the last day of my cycle (couple tests but none that I'm even the slightest bit concerned about), so it's time to enjoy it.

About the A-var - are you taking that ed or just on workout days? What is the benefit on non training days? 4 hour pump must be nice... You finish that the day you start PCT? Are you going to get blood work between cycles to see where u are at?

I'd like to put on some more mass and a lot more strength. By the end of 2010 (I know this is in the far future being as its not even mid way through 2009), I'd like to be benching 405, squatting more than 2x my weight, and deadlifting more than 2.5x my weight. Hopefully the weight will hold steady around 250lbs and the bodyfat will be in the 10-12% range.

I'm running the Anavar everyday right now. Taking it everyday, 3 times a day will allow to keep more stable blood levels. I'll be starting the PCT the day after my last dose of Anavar. I will be getting my blood work after this cycle for sure. Running Accutane and Anavar makes me curious if everything is going to check out as perfectly as last time. I have no concerns, but I'm not going to take any chances.

Whoa -I hear ya - that's the only side of gear i really can't stand. My resting heartrate is around 97 now - so all i have to do is look at the treadmill and I'm up to 140! Now i'm doing jumprope for cardio- which turns out to be hiit because i can only do it for 30 sec before missing - then i wait to recover. After about 20 mins I'm a sweaty monster! I'm really glad i was in good cardio shape before i started messing around with gear. I'll be VERY interested to hear how you do on 1g of test a week. You're already a beast so I'm sure the strength will be thru the roof. Then i guess next fall I should watch for you on ESPN Strongman - i imagine you'll do pretty well with the bus pull....

BTW U ever do weight w/ abs? I've read that's the only way to build size on them.

I've never been in great cardio shape, so it tends to be really tough for me to run a lot or do a lot of cardio period. I find, like most, the heavier you get, the tougher it is to to cardio without feel like you're going to die. I guess that's just another one of those sacrifices.

I think a gram of Test is going to be very interesting as well... I will have only ran ~500mg of Test in the previous cycles, so it should be one hell of a change for my body.

Thanks for the compliment, but I'm very far from a StrongMan. I met some of those guys and it's just silly how big and strong they all are. Not to mention, I have very minimal functional strength which kinda puts a damper on doing anything like that.

I have pretty developed abs as is, so I tend not to use weight. I made it a point to do weighted ab work everyday when I was younger and it developed my abs like crazy.
 
Hey Bro, a Q about your previous tren cycle! How much of the tren strength where you able to keep after finishing your cycle?

Im just now starting to notice the effects and its something else to say the least, im scared if im ever gonna cycle again without it!

It would be hard for me to say exactly how much strength I maintained with the Tren because I changed my training during my post cycle therapy (pct). I went from higher volume BBing to DC Training, but I would think that if I did stay with the same training, I would have kept most of it.

That's the one problem with Tren, once you've used it, you'll never want to cycle without it.

You know what milk that same shit happened to me taking Anavar (var) a couple times at 50mg's a day. The pump got so wicked my heart felt like it wanted to explode on the treadmill too.

You mentioned it was ackward arching the back. Did you try squeezing the lats in together? Also Mike put some great shit up on my log you can read in regards to tucking your elbows in. I always tucked them in forward at the top and keep that all the way threw. This is wrong though apparently it helps to keep elbows out at the top then tuck in as you come down and then explode up and slowly elbows back out as you go up. I wasn't taught this until now I was stoked to try it out but had this fucked up shit happen to my stomach the other day on my way to the gym. It makes total sense and I cant wait to try it hope you like it.

I hope it's just the Anavar (var) that makes my heart want to explode when I'm running but something tells me I'm just out of cardiovascular shape lol.

I bought the 5/3/1 program and have been reading about the proper tuck and then "flare out" at the top. It just feels uncomfortable right now, I'm sure I'll make it work shortly.

My legs have always been a strong point for me as far as size goes. My quad sweep isn't all that great, but it's been getting better. I'm happy with my leg development this cycle thus far.

Milk I'm going to vegas in June 4th and I'm in week 10 of my cycle. I still have another 4 weeks left to my cycle My weight is 210 and my body fat is 9 percent I'm 6'1 I have some clen on hand and was thinking about taking it. The Problem is this A I'm scared because I will be getting done with my cycle the week I go up to Vegas and I know I will be drinking a lot. I have never been, and I'm going up with a bunch of my girlfriends. How can you go to vegas and not drink? Also I'm wondering how much bf could I cut in the next month? with the clen? Last thing, I ran Clen about 6 months ago and when I took it I got the WORST CRAMPS EVER. I mean it was so bad I thought I was gonna die. I couldn't move my whole body was cramping. Maybe I took to much for the first time. I cramp pretty easy! Could I buy some taurine and take it? Also when using clen how much cardio should be done 20-30 mins? Should workouts consist of high intensity? Also I have been using a lot of pre-workout drinks and caffine drinks before my workouts, do you use any preworkout drinks such as noexplode or super pump 250?
