Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

Nice looking machine altho I think I would cheat on that 'cause my right is stronger than my left. i just bought 2 pair of the Captains of Crush! Those are serious! I was expecting it would be a bit easier - like the ones i had in HS! worth the $20 I's say. You should give them a try - especially if you end up with a commute to work.

That really sounds like a great idea. I'll have to pick them up so I can work on the grip strength and not want to kill people on my way to work when I'm stuck in traffic.

Rope Pushdowns 90/15, 90/15

20 minutes of fast pace incline walking on the treadmill (kept the heart rate in the 150-160 range)...

*Really need to get the cardio up because I should have not been laboring that hard
*Felt pretty good overall, although I could tell that my stamina wasn't there for shit

Hey Dlove - good work - it killed me to pay $20 for one grip - that looks like a bargain! - The important thing is to get the ones with the metal handles rather than the wood handles - much better for the grip. i imagine those springs are just as good as the Captains of crush. Milky - I'd buy 2 or 3 at least. For me the 100 (easiest) is easily doable for 5-6 reps but then gets tougher. i tried 3 sets of 10 and by the end my forearms were screaming. I also got 150 - that was challenging - could only do 5 w/ strong hand 3 with weak one, one set. So imo it would be better to get the ones where you can pump out a few sets rather than the hard ones where you can only squeeze it a few times. I did find that a day after I had cramps when mousing at my 'puter. It will really help your BBall game - I bet - be great for golf too!

HS Gripper 90/failure(one hand at a time) x 2
Wrist Curls 70/15 x 2 (really slow and exaggerated stretch at bottom)

Roman Chair Leg Raises bw/15 x 2
Decline Bench Crunches bw/20 x 2

20 minutes on the elliptical, HR kept at ~150bpm

*only used wraps for the last set of T-Bar Rows and the last set of HS Hi-Low rows... really trying to work on getting my grip up to par with the rest of my body

Nice workout, dude - esp the pullups - at 225 that's impressive. I'm going for 50 pullups on my bday this year - maybe in sets of 5...did 30 in a row when I was 30.....hahahahaha fuk it hurts to admit that! How r u liking the Avar? any sides? you feel the power?

I'm 245lbs lol. Don't make it seem easier than it is!!!

I like the Anavar, the pump really is out of this world. No sides at all. I've been leaning out a little more and I can only attribute it to the Anavar, so yeah, I'm liking it.

That's one of the reasons I do it my man, I want to let people into my world and training. I have been going at it now for a while and I have tried a lot of different rep schemes, etc... so if it helps anyone to read this, then I did my job.

Also, I keep it so detailed because believe it or not, I go back and check out what I was doing last month, etc and see how I compare. I'm glad you're enjoying it.

I think you'll like my logs to come as well.

Pullups at 245lbs is no joke.

Thanks man. I find that as long as you don't have any radical weight gains and as long as you keep up with the pull ups, you'll be able to improve/maintain your #'s. But yes, at 245lbs a lot of things become harder.

Sorry bro, I wasn't counting your dong & nutz....

Haha, could you imagine 20 extra pounds hanging in between your legs... that would be nothing but a burden.

*might not be a high concentration guy... This Prop 150mg/ml caused a little bit of swelling in my left delt, much like the Test Enan 375mg/ml was doing... Interestingly, both were made at 150% of the "normal" concentration range.

Day C22: Legs, Abs, Cardio

Hack Squats 3plates/12, 4plates/8, 5 plates/5 widowmaker 2plates/20
Leg Curls 110/12, 120/10, 120/8-3-2RP (normal tempo)
Leg Extensions 140/12-5-3RP (normal tempo)
Seated Calf Raises 90/20, 110/15, 110/15
Donkey Calf Raises 200/5RP (5 sec negative, 10 second stretch, explosive positive)

20 minutes Elliptical... heart rate ~145bpm

*Hack Squat Machine had a weird platform that didn't allow for me to put my feet as wide as I like... going to have to try out the Machine with a larger platform that is less smooth next time
