Test E/EQ Spring Cycle

Nice job Milk. How do you like those JM Press they give an incredible sweep in the whole tricep it seems like for me at least? Do you bring them to the chin or just around or below the neck?
 
Just wanted to say NICE FREAKIN JOB running the Anavar (var) to top off!! Great stuff and even better on the back end of a cycle. Sorry to hear the EQ experience was less-than-stellar :( People either seem to love it or their not impressed at all. Is the Anavar (var) MDS labs or another UGL??

I've never had a better tricep pump in my life than with JM Presses. I love the way it makes me feel.

In between in Adam's Apple and the chin is where I try to bring the bar.

Anavar was a GREAT add. Like you said though, the EQ was sub-par. I didn't notice the crazy appetite or any other notable positive aspects. I will say that it did keep a little bit of the Test bloat down though. I wish I would have ran Deca instead, but I don't know if I could have dealt with looking like a balloon for 15 weeks. I may have had high hopes for this cycle as the one previous was Test/Tren. But I will never run EQ again, that is for sure.

I run MDS Labs exclusively, unless another lab is willing to give me stuff to try for free lol.

HS Iso-lateral Rows 90(each side)/25, 115/20, 135/10*really tried to kick up the volume

Barbell Curls 90/12, 100/8
Machine Preacher Curls 100/6, 80/10

15 minutes on the Elliptical... got some bad sweat chafe, so I cut it 5 minutes short

*felt pretty good, again only used the wrist straps for the last set of each of my back exercises and I feel like my hands are getting stronger...
*forgot to take my Anavar (var) dose before I trained so the pump was a little less pronounced
 
You get your Captains of Crush yet? Just moved mine to the car for grip work on the go. Damn - even the 100 is tough with my left hand!

Unfortunately I haven't gotten them yet. I have to get around to it, but for now, I've just been training without wrist straps and it's doing numbers on my grip.
 
Hey Milkman, I am on the same training split as you. What day to you work traps? I've been training mine on shoulder days, but sometime I wonder about training them on back days.

Don't blame me!!! jk

Saturday and Sunday were driving around and getting stuff that I didn't even know existed and then taking a nap while they set up shop. I moved all of her stuff in when I moved in originally, so there were no boxed to be moved more then 10 feet.

Mother in Law?!? Not quite yet lol. She left this morning.
