I like the way things are going now on 4,200-4,500 calories a day, so I think I'm going to try and maintain that caloric intake for the time being.
That's about where I'm at right now calorie wise.

Right under 260. I'm between 6'3 and1/2" and 6'4.

You got about 20-25 lbs on me at the same height, you gotta be quite the beast.
I think I can hold onto it more easily because I've been over 300 a couple times.

Hey man - Funny I did almost the exact same workout this am! only I have tons more reps than you. For example on the one arm rows i did 6 sets of 10,10,8,8,5,6 from 55 up to 75 lbs. Do you do warm ups that you don't write down or did u really just do 6 reps at 100? You find that the low reps at high weights makes u grow more/faster?
One mo ? - did you pin yourself in the tricep or get help? i'm looking for easy places to self pin apart from the glutes and quads.
