If one is 35 or older, would it be beneficial to never come off and run either Testosterone Enanthate or Cypionate year-round? If any of you do this, what dosage do you recommend and what about ancillary drugs like Arimidex, Liquidex, etc. Do you use them or not, if so, then how?

Doesn't a males testosterone level steadily decrease on out after age 25?

I can't answer this for another 10 months :D

I'm now working with a team of bbers who do exactly that. They believe a gram is the magic minimum (assuming 200 lbs +) for starters. Some of these guys are up to 3 or more.

I know many will disagree, but when you see the results from a number of people with the same approach... I'm sold. Some have been on for over eight years.

Once per year they come off for three weeks, get blood done and then continue (assuming everything is OK). Surprisingly, everybody seems to always be OK...

Are you talking about Test Replacement Therapy, or just staying on a real cycle year round ?......................cause those two concepts are totally different and not related at all.

If you are talking about testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), it is of benifit to those who have diminished natural levels, and that is what we do, stay on year round, usually for life. Mind you usual dose is in the 100 mg/week range. With low doses like that, there is no need for ancillaries, as 100 mg/wk only brings you back into the middle normal range.

And yes, natural test levels drop as one ages.

if ur staying on year round, maybe run mini cycles w/ 500mg of eth, plus deca or eq, or a mild oral, then run an equal amount of time at 250mg.

Wow, that's a lot of test to be taking all the time, 1,000+ mg's per week indefinately!

What about the ancillaries?

Believe it or not, these guys use NONE. I mean NONE. Not for bloat, not for anything. It's very old school.

Nobody's ever gotten gyno...

That's what I do;)

Sorry NN, didn't realize you were talkin' HRT... I'm talking about competitive BB'ers...

I didn't really specify which one I was talking about, interested in hearing about both. I've never had my testosterone level checked and I think that it's probably in the normal range for a guy that is almost 36, but nothingless, I'm interested in hearing from the fine bros here about using test year-round for therapy and bodybuilding.

I personally think that using Test year-round in combination with being smart and listening to your body is very beneficial with respect to making gains and retaining gains.

If you have ever had the chance to hear the truth from either Pro's or serious Amateurs, you will hear that very very few come off of Test during a year.

As far as ancy's, it obviously depends on what phase of the year the particular bb'er is in and it also depends on the person. Everyone' body reacts different when extra Test is present in the body.

Well unlike these "old school" folks I mentioned, I've been getting around and learning and like Biggie says, I've got my Nolva and clomid on-hand at all times.

I feel like I've been begging to get this info but nobody seems to say much about year round CYCLING :( , or loooooong cycles in general. BP?

Once I hit 35 I would like to try about 500mg of test per week year round, shit maybe even sooner than 35 seeing as I'm ten years away from that.

hey guys this may help you all out some. im 30 and my test levels were a 2.3 something. but to put it simply, between 2 and 9 are normal for males. at 2.3 i (and you would too) felt like total shit. hadnt made a gain at the gym in over 3 years. well, here is the good part. can you say "HRT?" im now on 1.5cc of cyp every four days! damn do i feel good!! since mid december i have put on 20lbs and my strength has skyrocketted! i will run about 30ml of cyp and then hit the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and rest for a couple of weeks and then im going to hit it again. maybe i should just stay on but i thought i would give it a break after 3 to 4 months and hit it again for summer! feel free to ask me any questions about the my Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) expierence. hope this help you guys out.

I take 200mg of Test Cyp. or Enanthate every week for the rest of my life (HRT) due to an injury when I was 12 years old. Don't take any Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or HCG...1000mg/week is not only very expensive, it is absurd...That's total abuse of the product and that's what has given this MEDICINE a bad rap over the last 20 years...Eventually the 1000mg/week user's hook-ups and/or money will be no more and these are the guys that will be visiting the Endocrinologist because they have no energy, no stamina, ED problems, emotional wrecks, and SHRUNKEN TESTICLES! To answer your question, 100-300mg/week year round will not kill you, symptoms will vary from person to person (Acne, Gyno, etc.)...1000mg/week year round for several years will lead to blockages in the arteries, stroke from hypertension, liver failure, and possibly cancer (not proven)....Stay away from those dosages and stick to smaller 300-500mg/week at the most, you'll be amazed at those results...I'm amazed at my results on just 200mg/week...6'1" 220lbs 7% Bodyfat and one horny individual, which my wife loves!!!

Old bump- but good reading all the way through. Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is something that I'm very interested in-especially turning 30 next year.
