Just got back from gym. Did a full body workout, went somethn like this:
Pullups, compound curls, tricep pulldown, bench, squat, deadlift, compound military press.

First time doing full body in one session. All about 3 sets each, 60secs rest. I'm at a crazy caloric deficit atm, i gotta say tho that was the most brutal workout yet lol!

Felt pretty feint between the deadlift sets.. Anyone else ever experience light headedness during training? Was sweating and panting like a crackhead losing his virginity.

I feel fuckin good now! Had to share lol

Damn, you train early!!! Wow! I've been doing cardio for the last 20 mins, and am hating life. Lol! Of course, I'll feel better after a shower, and grab some food.

nice log bro, how were the pumps? iv done a workout similar to this and iv felt light dizziness while doing dead lifts ( it was my 4th exercise) i switched the dead lift to my 1st exercise and i was fine in my second session :)

If your in a caloric decifit your gonna feel lightheaded after big sets bro, I only do one muscle group each day but if I'm cutting and doing dead lifts or squats ill quite often feel a bit lightheaded jut gotta be careful and train smart maybe up your preworkouts meal a little, I save all my carbs pre and post workout for the day when I'm cutting

Pumps felt good.. Nothing huge tho. Yeah it takes it out of you for sure. I have to do deadlifts at the end they always wreck me lol.

I'm not intaking any carbs... I do miss them as preworkout meal though.

No carbs?? You on crack!! Haha. Not surprised you didn't have a good pump on then bro. I can function without a descent amount of carbs get super cranky. Where abouts in oz are you man I'm in Perth

Hahaha nah just copious amounts of caffeine... Keeps me feeling good. Surprisingly i got cranky on a low carb diet, now im on none i dont get cranky... Just more tired probably.
I'm in brissie bro

If doing full body make deadlifts first
Deads exert a lot of force and energy always good to do deads first, then other routines follow after

My routine I am doing hit by dorian yates and deads are last as well but the routine is pretty quick and by the time I hit deads thats enough for me I'm spent, dont go crazy on the weight for dead, 225 warmup for 10-12 reps, then 315 for 8-10 reps 2 working sets
I also dont go all the way down, bb goes alittle passed my knees to keep full tension on my lower back

why only 2 working sets?

why only 2 working sets?

Its high intensity trainig bro 1 min rest inbetween sets, trust me thats all u need some routines I only have 1 working set but go as heavy as possible to get 8-10 quality reps or to failure
Dorian yate blood and guts is pretty intense bro, trust me u will not wsnt to pick another weight up after your full routine bro

I get faint and ligthheaded after doing deads sometimes, depends how hard I push... If I happen to have an off day and am already a little tired and/or skimped on meals it's almost gauranteed to happen. I break a sweat pretty hard.

Not much of a fan of whole body workouts purely because they are so taxing IMO

In addition its a great routine if u are in a calorie deficit as well
Do the routine (hit) 1 min rest inbetween sets and your sweating your bag off bro
Been on this routine for a month and notice a big dif in strength and stamina
For instance db shoulder press I was doing 85lbs for 12 reps before 3 sets
Now I am up to 110lbs for 8 reps 1 working set, amd also in a calorie deficit amd off tren snd bsck on my cruise, go figure lol

is it a mass building routine or cut?

Good advice. You can do other lifts as warm ups or very very light work but the bigger lifts/compound lifts should always be done first to avoid having fatigue set in when doing them...they do after all provide the most systemic wide stress

Just cause your in a calorie deficit doesnt mean drop the lbs and up the reps and more sets, try to keep in the intensity and weight up, your diet will take csre of the rest
Or whatever sutis u best, everyones body reacts differently I suppose, its what is working for me so why fix something when its not broke lol

And yeah I always do my compounds at the start of my session, fuck doing deadlifts or squats at the tail end of a workout.
