The 3J experiment,detailed Log and Pictures

Hi. So just a bit of background info. I had a diet plan from 3J just a few months ago. At the time I weighed 210lbs. With 3Js help I lost 40lbs in a few months time. Right now I am weighing in at 168LBS. Please see my other thread to see the pictures of my before and after pictures. Ok so I thought it would be a good idea to post up a Log as I have gotten a new diet from 3J. There are 3 meal plans and the carbs ranges vary for different days. The diet does look good and there is a lot of variety so Im confident I can follow this diet plan. Right now I am 25% bodyfat. The goal with this diet is to get to 15% or as close as possible in 7 weeks time. I will be doing cardio 6 days a week. I will update this everyday and il begin posting pictures once I think that its clear to see a change. The first one after a week,then every few days or so. Nice buddy glad to see you got together with 3J and hashed out a plan. If you don't get to 15% just remember you made progress. You can either give up on yourself and your goals, or push forward. Your here and you are trying so we already know what kind of person you are. Train hard bud.
 
Thanks mate. Yeh 3J is very professional,the client questionaire is very detailed so he knows what he's dealing with. I know I will definately make some sort of progress as he is going to be coaching me through the diet and adjusting the values as time progresses. I think 15% is possible and if not i know I wont be far off

Thanks for the support guys,dont worry il keep this updated daily. OK so first day of my diet coming to an end,had zero carbs today. Wasnt as bad as I was thinking. Did shoulder workout and 30mins cardio walking. I think it might just be in my head but my stomach looks flatter than usually is. Im not gona weigh myself till next week when I will probably post another picture.
 
Just thought id update,been sweating all night. Saw a difference in morning,weighed myself,put on 0.2lbs and dropped 0.3percent bf. Was 25.2,now 24.9
 
So I couldnt take it anymore. I went out alst night and had 3 chicken burgers and a chocloate cake, lol. Im jokin. I have kept to the diet as I should. Another weird night. I dont know how it works but Iv been sweating all night again. I never normally sweat. Sure enough I wake up in the morning,have a look at myself and think I look leaner. I know I shouldnt have but I weighed myself again. I have lost 1lb total weight so I am at 167.2lbs. I have lost another 0.2% bodyfat. I am now at 24.7%. This is just two days of dieting and I have half a percent in bodyfat. My top two abs seem a lot more defined than I have seen them before and Im not even tensing my stomach. Im gona go do an arm workout now. Il report back later with how it went and how im feeling. Right now I have to say I feel happy. I look forward to eating cuz the meals are large so I get full and i am still losing bodyfat. All I can say is, 3J your the man bro :D
 
Day nearly coming to an end,had a nice workout session earlier,felt really pumped. Also did a small ab workout and 30mins cardio,i knw i keep going on about it but im constantly seeing improvements,my body is looking fuller for longer. will report back tommorow

Will do big man,im gona take a picture and measurements on wednesday cuz it will be a full week. To be honest I wouldnt be suprised if I lose 2percent bodyfat in this week :)
 
Start of Day 4 of my diet. Early start today,had a good nights sleep,checked myself in the mirror in the morning,definately look a little more ripped. Abs just seem more defined. I didnt weigh myself. Today is cardio day so im gonna probably do like 90 minutes walking to burn some fat
 
Havnt really got a number bro,im jus trying to get to 15percent bodyfat. To be honest I just do what 3js telling me to do,hes the expert

I have no doubt that you will reach your goals simply going off of your attitude!

thats what i was thinking! You dont look bad at 25%. At 15% you'll be king! You've got great shape in your pecs and at 12-15% bf, i think you'll have an incredible taper at your waist.

Just keep following 3j and his advice.

Thanks Zeek for the kind words and everyone else for the support you are showing guys. It is just keeping me motivated to keep going. I did 90 minutes cardio walking earlier,kept hearrate around 130. I was sweating like crazy but not out of breath or anything. Burnt about 552 calories. Did a really intense workout on my abs. Im getting stronger on them already. I can do leg raises now with perfect motion even if its jus a couple of reps. Felt a bit down earlier,just came out of the blue. Began thinking the progress is too slow but then reminded myself that today is my fourth day and iv lost half a percent bodyfat which isnt bad. I just want to get my abs out. Iv never had abs in my life so its just something I want to see. Apart from that everything else is going perfect with the diet. There are some times when I feel a little hungry but I havnt been snacking or anything like that. In all honesty though even though im looking forward to wednesday as it will be a full week and il be allowed a cheat meal im scared to have a cheat meal incase i pile the weight back on. My body is really sensitive. Anyway keep looking at this thread. Iv got atleast another 10 weeks on this diet.
