The 3J experiment,detailed Log and Pictures

Thanks for the support bro. End of Day 14. Im ashamed to say iv let the team down. I had a cheat meal and missed 2 of my meals from my routin. Iv only had 4 meals today,I had enough time just felt depressed. Didnt go gym and didnt do any cardio so im one day behind on training. I dont know how much the cheat meal will make a difference but it was large and I couldnt really help it. I will post the pic up tommorow morning and get back on track. Sorry fellas

I can continue with the diet bro,il admit it is hard but honestly I can do it. Im sorry about the cheat meal,its just that its going real slow with the fat loss,my aim was to get to 15percent in 8 weeks but the way its going it will be like 6 months to get to 15percent and probably a year to get to 10percent. Dont worry il keep going and there wont b any more fuckups like today
 
Morning of Day 15. What can I say,iv taken the picture but now I think I look leaner especially when comparing it to the previous weeks picture. Weird. So yesterday was a major setback in my opinion,it wont happen again and il stick to the diet. Have a look and let me know,thanks fellas

Ok so Iv just seen this documentray of this guy enetering a bodybuilding competition. He was like 25% when eh started same as me and it took him 18 WEEKS to get to 22%. Somet to be sed just there,this is a long and slow process
 
You can see you are loosing fat, stay consitant and the end result your aiming for will be worth it.

Thank bro,i know its just fat im losing cuz all my lifts are a lot higher now. Its just that its really slow and if want to have that 6 pack YESTERDAY :D. Il keep at it

Thanks Bro,looking forward to the new diet. So End of Day 15 today and I do feel better especially after seeing that documentary,that guy went through hell to get to where he got so it just assured me that it is hard and it wasnt any easier for anyone else. Did shoulder workout and 500 calories on treadmill today,kept to all the meals,was sweating more than usual on the cardio. Tommorow is back,should be good

Sorry for late update,yesterday was Day 16. DID a back session,again lifts are higher and im lifting more than ever. Did 3 plates for reps easily on deadlift. Ok so 3J did tell me i might be thinking I am fat because of water weight. Yesterday night I had the longest piss iv ever had and im not even jokin. I woke up today and yeh i defo look leaner,if this stay youl see a real difference in next pic or if I get bloated again maybe not as much. So today start of Day 17,another side not even though yesterday was a high carb day and i eat the most i still felt hungry all day,dnt know what was going on there. Today im doing legs,i feel a little tired so Il probably go alter,will update when I get back,tahks fellas
 
Shit totally forgot to update this,been busy with the christmas rush. Ok so today is day 19. Iv kinda lost my pacs but I think its cuz im getting bloated again but I do look leaner. I havnt done cardio last 2-3 days. Dont worry im not fucking about,The gym closed early cuz of christmas and with college and work didnt have the time. Its back open properly tommorow so Il be doing my 500 calories a day from then onwards. On a side note,outlifter a 15stone guy on bench,im like 11st 10lbs now :)
 
End of Day 21. Back on track now,doing the diet properly as well as my cardio everyday. Iv updated the new picture now and like I said 3J is king,iv lost some water weight and you can clearly see the difference between my last week picture and this week picture. Thats all it is,water weight makes you look fatter. Anyway been really busy with everything so thats why havnt been updating as regular as I used to. Il try to keep the updates regular as well as the pics

End of day 25,things have slowd down a bit,feel as though iv gotten a bit fatter but i think its water weight,im gona up my cardio from tommorow see if that helps
 
End of day 27,have to say i think I have lost some of the water weight as i am looking leaner than ever,its always after a carb up day and maybe a day after i look bloated,i know i havnt been updating this as regular as i should but iv got my exams coming up so been busy revisin,il post the new pic up in 2 days so you can see the progress
