Whats up fellas. Some of you may remember me from a log that I have previously written here on ology. Here is the link to it for those that havent seen it.

The reason for this thread is simply because I am back to square one. I have put on all the weight that I have lost on 3Js diet. 3J seriously is legendary as he wrote me a custom diet. After having spoke to 3J again I am ready for round two. I have upped my protein, and am on a low carb diet. 3J will be keeping an eye on everything and for those of those who cant be bothered to read my previous log go to page 4 and scroll to the bottom to see the results that can be attained with 3Js diet plans. I will do the same thing as before. I will post my start picture on Monday and then update with a picture weekly. Keep tuned fellas as I am ready for WAR!

OK So here is the start picture. This is day 1. I will post a new picture at the end of each week. My diet will run for 12 weeks. As you can see I have gained back everything that I had previously lost. I dont look good, i know that. I am determined to get better results than I did the last time I went on this diet. This time round is longer so I am kind of hoping i get some abs showing. I will try and keep this going for as long as I can after the 12 week period. Cardio is 500 calories a day. I am thinking of upping that to 1000 calories per day. I am definately going to do that tommorow to see how long it takes, how difficult it is etc. With the amount of protein I am eating I dont think it will waste any muscle. Here it is:

remember.. its a marathon.. not a race.. you dont do 4 months hard and then rest.. you do it for years... your body adjusts to the weight.. you reset your homeostasis

Keep up that positive attitude its contagious. One of the hardest parts is rededicating yourself, so you've already jumped a big hurdle.

Thanks fellas. Yeh I totally udnerstand 3J. A lot was going on before and I couldnt keep it up. I am serious about it this time around. I want to keep going if only for that confident feeling that I had when I was in shape. I have kept up the cardio everyday. I do not think I can do 1000 calories everyday. The calories are easy to do but it takes a long time. I will aim for 750 each day. I am already noticing some difference fellas
