The Best Workout of my life - INSULIN

I had to post about this. Iv used insulin alot POST workout and morning before but to scared to do it right before a workout cause of carb depletion and hypoglycemic issues. well I took the plung yesterday, took 4 IU's and my usual NO product, loaded up on carbs and filled a big bottle of tang for my workout. I hadnt been in the gym for like 4 or 5 days so I was ready to hit it hard. My muscles were so pumped and my strength and especially my muscle endurance majorly increased. I did chest first and ripped that, then a full back workout, then a few reps on triceps, then did a light biceps workout and finished with a few sets of shoulder presses to finish it off, total of around 2 hours going 100% to whole time! no joke. I pushed myself to my limit and it was good. as long as i get no joint pain im happy. I guess what im saying is give it a try. The odd thing is, is that my muscles feel like they do on repair day 2 as opposed to repair day one. I believe using insulin like this causes the anabolic state to begin immedaitly after the workout as opposed to 24 hours after the workout as the body needs time to fully replenish nutrients back into the muscle. did i mention i did another 6 uis post workout as well that day, yes. ill be increasing my insulin usage throught the day and increasing the dose as im seeing amazing results but unfortuntly fat as well but it cant be a perfect world i guess. maybe if my diet was cleaner id be better on the fat side. I look in the mirror in the mornings and im like wow, too impressive! The unfortunate side is that my body is suffering a good amount from my blood pressure issues but i guess it can come with the territory right. gota stay on the aspirin to help me feel more normal.

very not smart to be in the gym for 2 hours with slin as hypo usually sets in by then

lucky you used only 4iu else I suspect you would of hit the floor

shooting insulin pre and post workout is tricky meaning you'll need to control 2 separate spikes

In all my years with gear and training , I can say I never tried insulin and don't plan on it either. I've heard too many horror stories with that stuff. Being you were off 5 days from the gym had alot to do with strength being up. But I can honestly say , I never trained full body the way you did either. If I feel strong that day , I focus on the body part I came in the gym to train. I use to do full body workouts in my beginner days , now I do 1 body part per workout other than Bi's and Tri's for the simple reason the blood stays in the arms. I'm a firm believer that when chest and tri's are worked together the blood has to leave the body part worked first and travel all the way to the next part worked. You want the blood to stay in the body part worked.

Slin is no joke brother! I have done a few cycles of it. preworkout is the best but dont exceed 4ius and, what are you doing lifting for 2 hours? I dont workout over an hour anytime. Its like Ferrari said thats too long expectially on slin.

No worries fellas... iv been using slin off and on for cycles since 2002. I use humalog now. The main thing it really helped with was pumps and big on endurance and recovery. not to mention a massive feeding frenzy for the muscles. im really a believer in 1 or 2 muscle groups per day but that day I had to push my limits. I do what I do, make great gains so I keep doing it. I would not do over 4 ui's before a workout and I was loaded with carbs and had emergency carbs nearby.

Not a split Fuck Oprah. just giving my rotor cuff more time to heal from previous workout. damaged it back in 2002.

I would like to see some pics of you in 2002 and currently to see the difference in using slin.

I'll be posting some picks at the end of my cycle for sure using my cellphone in the mirror shot, ha. or maybe have some friends take some picks at the gym too. As far as whats gianed from slin and whats gained from gear... who knows for sure. id say on average I gain 10% to 12% more when using slin consistently on a cycle. I'll better be able to measure this after the end of this cycle. more experience the better measurements. but I still have that IGF-1 lr3 to run hear as well... so who knows but either way i'll post some pics!

that makes no sense.

As far as slin goes, ive used it time and time again at all kinds of doses and had minimal results. Even when i ate hundreds of carbs and used slin, i never got fat. Insulin works mostly on the liver, the effect on the muscles is much smaller than everyone makes it out to be

NOT COOL; insulin use is not a joke FOOL

I don't mean to sound like a prick but Gear I've read most if not all your posts. I've even read some messages which you have left on other members walls, and you definitely sound like you don't know what you're talking about.
The reason why I'm so adamant about what I'm saying is because my grad research project is about insulin and reading what you and others have been posting is pretty daunting and sad!
Why on earth would you want to inject slin pre-workout? The only anabolic effects that can be achieved is post-workout.

Injection of 4ui for a non-diabetic person, plus a 2 hour full body workout not to mention a random about of NO will without a doubt result in you going into a hypoglycemic state and entering a syncopic state. No matter how much carbs you seem to have loaded up. By the way for your information, it's not carbs that you are worried about, it's you BGL. Loading up on carbs will not help you avoid hypoglycemic syncope - as carbs take about 90 ins to be broken down into monosaccharides (simple sugars which account for BGL). If for some absurd reason you want to shot slin preworkout; load up on simple sugars.

Anyway, back to my original point. After reading your previous posts, it seems like you posted this post just to see what response you get and maybe answer some of your questions. Dude, if you have questions just ask them, don't go out there throwing BS posts that are unbelievable - just so you can get your questions answered! There are all sorts of people, especially uneducated young people who read your posts and quickly jump on the bandwagon.

Insulin is a pretty dangerous drug, especially because it can be easily misused - as in your case. Then again you didn't really misuse it, you just claim that you did.

NOT COOL.

Hope you're not offended bro, just be smart about posting stuff.

You've read all his posts?? This thread is like 2 years old and I don't even think he's active on the board these days.
