First what's up bro this is my first post real quick I'm clean after hurting my self and then becoming addicated to. Pain pills I lost a lot my health and physically fit life style honestly when I say I'm fresh back I mean like today. Anyways I just want to thank yall for all the valuable info and any advice would be appreciated .I thinking about. No I am gonna get my diet right and start doing compound exercises.the basics.what I'm thinking about doing is a fin cycle .1. I'm new to Br and obviously don't onow anyone 2.it seems with some research that can be easiest to obtain. Honestly any advice is greatly appreciated I ain't no bitch to no pain pills or a injury thanks.

Another item for the checklist should be to make sure you have a reliable source. I began my last cycle thinking it would be 12 weeks, but mid-cycle decided to extend it to 16, mainly because of some cool (untested) powerlifting/strongman events that came up that I wanted to participate in, which otherwise would've occured right when I was starting post cycle therapy (pct).

For some reason (he wouldn't elaborate) my source quit selling mid-cycle, and I had to quickly try to find a new source, which sucked ass after having the same source for a long time. I was asking people I really didn't know well enough to be asking just yet, which caused them to treat me like a cop or informant, etc.

Ready or not?

I have everything checked here except being over 20. I'm currently 17 and been training since I was 13. My diet and all that is in check. No alcohol or sweets. Would it hurt to do a low dosage of test cyp? Maybe 100-200mg a week. Would it fuck me up? Thanks

come back when you turn 18

AND you have more natty test at 17 then a low ass dose like that. They give more then that to 40 yr old testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) patients. If you knew how to eat to bulk you would grow.

jsut keep training hard and studying and come back when you are at least 18

4. Your under the age of 24-25 years old. A person of this age usually has alotta of natty test running through their system and is wasting that away by adding synthetic test. Take the time to reach your natural limit.. this is very very important
would you kindly elaborate on this please? does taking test when your not full developed stunt your natty test?

can you get tests done to determine how much test you have?
like, if you have "x" amount of test running naturally in your body then you shouldn't add external test? does it work like that?

It can fuck up your hormone levels for life.

Bloodwork.

About to do my very first cycle... i'm 6'1 260 bf @ 24%. I'm going to use Tren E @ 125 mg for the first couple weeks then i might bump it up to 250. It all depends on the sides. I'm prepared for the libido to cease. I don't have any test e to run as i've read is a good idea. I'm using this to cut down dramatically.

Look a man is a.man at 18 he uses he uses jesus you can't play god.but you can help.thats why they post so in my opinion quit the trolling your to.young and help the dumb asses get through it safely seriously I was a high school and college player and fighter you can't tell a grown man nothing so help him when he thinks he is making the right choice we ain't dads. Help them

Im also a first timer. Currently 30 yrs old lifting for 10 years I feel like I have hit a wall. Last bulk I was 225 at 15 per bodyfat now 194 at 10 percent. I did alot of research and oly decided to run test e 500/wk for 10wks. Pct will be clomid 50,50,50,50 and nolva 40,40,20,20. Basically I want to ask those who had their first cycle how were the results and what to watch out for.

ARE YOU READY FOR GEAR??

Lets find out..

Soo many people, in the history of my career, have come about thinking that gear was the quick, easy, and magical way out of all their problems..

So in response to this, iv made a little check list here.. if you fall under any of these catagories, put down the needle, vial, orals, or anything that pertains to gear and take a step back.. YOUR NOT READY!!

1. You have no idea what your doing with steroids or any compounds that relate to it. In other words, you dont know the dosage amount, possible side effects, and proper characteristics of each compound

2. You havn't reached your natty potential because simply put you havn't been training for a couple of years.. be warned, if you jump on gear and get big your tendons will not keep up with you and the chances of tearing them increase three fold, your connective tissue is not gonna grow like your muscles on cycle..

3. Your diet has sucked or currently sucks because you dont know how to eat to grow and you are lifting without the proper nutrition. If you dont know what macronutrients, BMR/TDEE, and the many macro splits that come with it are, your not ready(we have a wonderful diet section in this forum and recommend you get your diet checked to see where you stand)

4. Your under the age of 24-25 years old. A person of this age usually has alotta of natty test running through their system and is wasting that away by adding synthetic test. Take the time to reach your natural limit.. this is very very important

5. You have no idea of the essential that come with lifting because you weren't taught correctly or you just began

6. You dont understand what rest means because your in the gym 6 days a week pumping away.. this will burn out your CSN (central nervous system) and you will stun growth and raise the risk of injury

7. You dont know what a post cycle therapy (pct) is

I cant tell you guys how many 6'1 150lb guys (or those of the sort with unproportionate stats) have asked me for cycle advice when they should be asking me for proper diet & training advie... If your not disciplined to eat and workout correctly then your not discipled to do gear..

If you dont listen to the advice above, the consiquences could be dier.. gyno, bloat, permanent damage to your HPTA (which means low natty test for the rest of your life btw)

As my good friend T-MOS (R.I.P) always said

EDUCATE BEFORE YOU MEDICATE

Hmmmm.....let's see here.

1. Fail - Joined here to learn so I'm working on it
2. Fail - Agreed....I know I'm interested in doing this, but not ready.
3. Check
4. Check
5. Check - although I'm sure I could be proven wrong
6. Check - I have made this mistake and took a shoulder injury..lesson learned.
7. Check - Learning

June of this year I kind of had a moment of clarity with myself after I realized I was up to 270 lbs. plus at 5'11". For reference, I found my comfortable weight around 215 while I was in the USMC.

Anyhoo, I joined the local gym and got on the slow carb diet in the same week. When I first started I could barely bench 185 and always looked like 10 pounds of chicken in a 5 pound bag. I dropped 25 lbs. pretty quickly (3 weeks or so) and my weight has stayed static ever since, although I have had to buy new clothes as everything is getting larger and larger...I went from a 42 in. waist to a 38 currently.

On our last max-out day I was able to 1RM 295 on bench and want to hit 315 by the end of the year. The results I have gotten so far with diet, exercise, and some cheesy all natural stacks have been awesome.

I guess I feel like I'm on a roll (the best of my life btw) and don't want it to slow down. I may end up trying something like AndroMass or something along those lines, but thanks for posting this and reaffirming that I'm not ready for gear.

I am 24, working out for the last 2yrs, experimented with all sorts of protein supplements and perfected my diet over and over again...now Im pretty satisfied with that...but my problem is that I have been stuck at a certain weight for several months...i mean 59kgs for 5'6 is pretty sad, ...plus my body fat % is only around 3...Im lactose intolerant, so dairy and whey concentrate cant be included in my diet...

I have been researching AAS for some time now, but I just wanna know if its a good decision to gear up now...should I wait longer?
