Eventhough this board's members are mostly males, we do have a women's forum & a few females that post here as well.

I want to remind everyone to please be respectful and to remember that these females are here looking to gain knowledge & having their questions answered.

You are all welcome to reply in the women's forum, but we want the interaction to remain positive, if you feel a female member is asking a "Dumb" question, please don't have a "Smart A**" attitute, remember you were all newbs at one point.


We want to keep the female members we have & have more join, we want them to feel comfortable posting here.

I have had a few ladies complain about a few posts where members were disrespectful, if I come across a post like this I will send a warning to the member.
This behavior will not be tolerated.

We are all here to learn from each other & to help each other...

I would actually like to start seeing more women being active on this forum. I think they shy away easier when negative or disrespectful comments are made. I've actually been very interested in learning the differences in workouts, diets, and even cycles compared to men.

Good post mrs. P this forum should be welcoming and helpful to all members!
 
Women do make the site a better place for everyone! They bring a different perspective to the table. 95% of the guys here do respect them but you you will always have an occasional dip shit to deal with.

Thank you for bringing this up Mrs P. I have been posting for quite some time here and have seen many great female contributors leave because of the way they were treated. There is nothing worse than a bunch of ass holes. We have a lot of learn from all the members on the boards. I mean come on, how would I advise the ladies I know without this forum?
 
Great post, Mrs. P. Unfortunately, there will always be douche bags. All of the ladies of Ology...we love having you around! Don't let the minority dissuade you from contributing and/or seeking the knowledge you need!

After all, without you guys, there would just be way too much damn testosterone around here!

douche bags will be BANNED if i catch them harassing lady members.
 
Respect to Mrs P...I love the female bodybuilders (And, not for pervy reasons...well, almost...lol). No, seriously I know many a female bodybuilder and athlete, and we have all exchanged ideas, experience and advice in the past.

I have attended both the Ms and Mr. Olympia and both have been a great inspiration. Meeting the female pros was an honour.

Mrs. P well done and I support your comments and views 100%!!

there are a FEW guys who have been around long enough to be of help and theres not enough lady members with a lot of anabolic experience.
we shouldnt have to ban all male members from the ladies forum because of a few douche bags.i encourage all members who do go into the womens forum to notify myself and other mods if anyone goes over the line.

Well put DADAWG...Cannot believe that someone would even come out with such a crass statement. We are all (Majority) on here to help each other in as many ways as possible and to be excluded/banned from the female forum re exchanging comments/experience would be really sad. Keep the doors open, and if any douch bags get through we'll kick em out and hard!
