to aspirate or not to aspirate

Why do you have to aspirate the pin? I talked to one of my buddies today and he said that he pretty much took his shots like throwing darts, just looking in the mirror and threw it in there. So I guess my questions are what happens if you don't aspirate, if you do aspirate and you see blood can you still shoot it or do you really have to start all over, or should I just put numbers on my ass and let my girlfriend play butt darts?

I've lost track of how many times I've injected, well over 100, and aspirated ever time, and never saw blood. but then on my last cycle i did get a ton of blood while aspirating on a tri shot, if i hadnt of taken the time it could have caused some huge problems, so I say do it every time. If you do get blood, pull it out, put it in a diffferent spot, and do it again

Dumping that much juice into a vein wouldn't be the greatest thing to happen to you. You could possibly die. ALWAYS ASPIRATE, it's not difficult.

If you get blood, pull out and poke another spot.

Actually Ikea, I'm not so sure you would die. Friends of mine have told me about times that they injected straight into a blood vessel without knowing, and they felt as if nothing was any different. I assume it takes quite a few ml's to actually cause a problem. That being said, I still aspirate.

Aspirating is so easy THERE'S NO REASON not to do it.

Your buddy is an asshole. Assholes shouldn't give advice on gear, health issues or other serious topics.
