What forms of cardio do you do during your diet phase, and at what kind of pace (max heart rate % I guess). I have a love hate relationship with the stairmaster, I hate doing it while I'm doing it, but its the toughest for me and I feel like I actually got a workout when finished. I mean ,I might technically burn more calories on the elliptical per minute, but every step on the stairmaster I'm toning(sp?) my quads,hams,glutes,calves,lower back. I'm just unsure if this might hinder my gains in the lower body department. Since your the bodybuilding expert on this forum, enlighten me on what has worked best for you in the past
