Tren / appetite

Ok so Ive been on tren ace a while, everything has been fine except my appetite just died like this week. incase it matters 50mgs ED.

Anyone got trick / something to take to make myself somewhat hungry? Im using shakes w/ ground up oatmeal n stuff but seriously, my gf even mentioned something on how little ive been eating.

I get filled up on like 1/4 - 1/8 C of rice and 2oz of chicken, I force feed but I cant finish an 8oz meal. Anyone got any tips or should i just get some vagisil and a tampon lol?

For me, I go in and out. Somedays I'll be hungry, other days I'll have a hard time eating 4oz of meat. Play it by eye, see if anything changes. How long have you been on

this happened to me a few weeks ago. are you eating the same foods throughout your diet if so try changing it up to something you usually dont eat on your diet hope this helps

could also try upping your cardio a bit. cardio makes me eat like a horse

This is a little trick that I use. You still should be able to drink fluids without being hungry. Get yourself some carbo gain and mix it with your water, you should barely notice a difference other than the water being a little sweeter. That way your carb intake is high (unless your shredding then this will not be good advice).

If shredding go to the store and get a jug of non compete water protein (no taste), and you can mix that in with your water to get your protein intake.

Either way, I have the same problem sometimes with my appetite and this seems to fix the problem and ables you to keep your gains.

If you can get your hand on some B12 injection (which shouldn't be hard, you can get it at vet supply stores) take 2000mcg/wk (usually 2 ml split up into 2 injections) and that will give you a nice boost in your appetite. Little trick my friend told me about when he ran his tren and had loss of appetitie.

tren does suppress my appetite you gotta just gut through it
